Pros:

Nice location, staff was nice. Check out time was great!

Cons:

Valet workers were rude.
My room bathroom also had a hair all over the floor. The clean up lady came & swept the hair to the hall floor instead of getting it up and putting it in the trash.

All in all its a cheap place to stay in Buckhead, but did not meet the typical Hilton standard.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Parking is not friendly to site unless you pay $40 to valet. POS system was down at bar which caused issues. only one elevator was working. For some reason the some detectors in the hallways were taped up( not very safe in my opinion). I realize it's Buckhead but $20.00 for a glorified breakfast seems a little excessive. Sat TV did not work half the time either.

The Gem of Atlanta
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, I love that southern hospitality. The spacious rooms, and super comfortable beds.

Cons:

Nothing it was very nice.

Obnoxiousnly overpriced!
Pros:

I would reconsider if you plan to stay here. Constant changes in ownership, super high-priced drinks at the bar, etc. They were out of all red wine, so I ordered a rum and Coke, double, it was $35.....Really $35? The bartender just said yes, that's right. So that is like a 1k% markup on mixed standard drinks, nice....There are better places in Buckhorn, I suggest you seek them out.

Ibrahim, working at the valet, was a lifesaver! We are so thankful!
Pros:

Ibrahim was amazing! We had lost an important item and he kept it safe in the valet lock box for us. We are so thankful! Absolute lifesaver. Excellent service with a smile. Thank you Ibrahim!

The bar was completely out of nearly ALL alcohol. A lot of people not happy about it.
Pros:

Location was great to be able to walk to most places I wanted to eat and drink

It’s definitely an older Building. Kyle use some upgrades for sure
