My confirmed reservation was not honored, and I was incorrectly marked as the one who canceled.
Pros:

The location was convenient, but unfortunately I was never able to stay because my reservation was not honored.

Cons:

arrived around 10:00 PM for my confirmed one-night reservation, and the front desk told me there were no clean rooms available. They said they were canceling reservations because they didn’t know when the rooms would be ready. I was turned away despite having a confirmed booking. To make matters worse, my reservation was later marked as if I had canceled it myself, which is not true. The hotel canceled my stay, and I have still not received my refund. This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Pros:

Breakfast and a few staff members were really helpful

Cons:

Was giving the wrong room, no housekeeping, took a whole day to receive extra sheets/covers/towels for sofa bed for my kids. I wasn’t impressed

Stay away from this property
Pros:

It had an ideal location. 3 miles from the concert we attended.

Cons:

They obviously overbooked and didn't have a room for us when I tried to check in. We'd stopped by earlier at check in time and they told me the room wasn't ready yet. No problem. We left our 2 bags there in the hotel and went to the show. When we got back they had no room for us! They offered a room at a different hotel in another part of town but I was so disgusted by then I just drove home. I asked if they would give us a voucher for a future visit and the girl said no! Terrible customer service. Not only will I never stay in that location but I'll never stay in a Hilton period!!!

Payed extra for a view of the … dumpster?
Pros:

Location was great

Cons:

Well where do I start…
The upgraded corner room we payed an additional fee for had ONE small window with a beautiful view of… the trash dumpster.

The door did not shut and stuck so bad we had to have staff come open it up the first time.

Room was … ok but very dated, furniture was very scuffed and looked like it belonged in a yard sale.

Overall I expected way more for the money, especially when we payed for an “upgraded” view of the garbage.

Staff was responsive and very pleasant, but overall stay not worth the money.

HVAC was dead in my first room, vomit in elevator, bathroom filthy, towels were dirty, tv remote missing

Pros:

ロケーションがよく、ホテルの設備も言うことないです。朝食はフルーツがあるのが嬉しい。

Cons:

部屋のカーテンがなく、ロールスクリーンは外から見えるような薄いもので、外の目が気になり落ち着かない。朝4時にゴミ収集車が作業する音がうるさかった。

Better options to book in Buckhead
Pros:

In Atlanta for work. Walked in first thing I saw was a ladder and broken ceiling tile on floor. This was very close to bar, thought gut just happened. No, sat at bar for an hour and no attempt made by anybody to clean up. Bar has 6 taps. No draft beer available as cooler not working. They list 420 (local craft beer) by bottle, only had 2 on hand. I ordered a ceasear salad with grilled chicken. Was very average. Made it to my outdated room and made me thankful only staying 1 night. For the area, this hotel is not a good option

It could have been way better
Pros:

The property was in a great location I think.

Cons:

For starters my wife and myself had to move to two different rooms in one night due to the air conditioner not working properly, for standing water in the shower, and uncleanliness in the first room. The second room the air conditioner was broken as well.
