Overall I would say here again and recommend this hotel to others. I wish I could clone Anton . Hospitality would be so
Pros:

Anton at the front desk was a great asset to the team . He was very friendly, personable, professional and knowledgeable.

Cons:

The only 2 things that I didn't like was that housekeeping waited to the last minute to clean my room. We had 3 reservations. Checked out and checked back in keeping the same room . We came back around 3:30 pm from our excursion. The housekeeper asked for 15 minutes . 30 minutes later she met us in the lobby and asked for another 15 minutes. It took her 45 minutes to clean a room that wasn't even messy . ( we noticed small stains that looked like makeup on the sheets and towels and no one in our party wears makeup)

Perfect location for The Battery
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, as you are a 5 min walk from the battery.

Cons:

The bed was a bit firm for my taste and the pillows were awful. The a/c unit had a damp smell when running.

The staff was great. Cedric was exceptionally kind and helpful. Informed us about the breakfast, restaurants in the area, offered us something to drink and snacks.

Richard and Alton at the front desk are a prime example of the word exceptional. From checking us in promptly to being extremely knowledgeable about the surrounding area, they went above and beyond to make our stay special.
Their pleasant attitudes and genuine kindness made us feel welcomed and cared for, almost like family. People like Richard and Alton are what make a hotel stand out, and they truly made our trip more enjoyable.
