Las cortinas que se mueven solas fue genial, primera vez que veo algo asi, por el precio estuvo e excelente y ademas esta cerca del aerpuerto, perfecto para cuando tengas que hacer escala en cdmx.

Disappointing and expensive
Pros:

The staff here are warm and courteous. The bellhops are especially helpful with both luggage, information and the elevators.

Cons:

We have stayed here several times before, so I had high expectations based on previous experience. However, we had to keep calling for help from downstairs this visit. First, we had issues with our outlets not working and had to have maintenance come repair them. Later, when we returned to our rooms at 8pm, our room had not been made up, and we had to call downstairs to have them send someone. Initially no one answered the phone, and we had to call several times. Once we were able to get through, they mentioned there may not be anyone available, and we would have to wait until the next day because it was so late. This was frustrating since we were already tired from our long day and still had to deal with this. Once that was dealt with, we ordered room service. When it arrived our pizzas were burnt and the cheese was barely visible as a black charred area.

Pros:

Fue realmente cómodo la ubicación cerca del aeropuerto no se hizo ni 30 minutos, y para los conciertos que fui ni se diga, fui y vine caminando evitando el tráfico, y las tiendas de abajo te ayudaba bastante si te olvidaste traer algo

Ya hay señales de dejaste por uso y va envejeciendo pero bastante bien en general.
