I had a very very important event the next morning and needed to get some sleep so I could have a successful speech the

Nothing at all when I pulled into the parking lot I hit a big dip and I have a low rider car and then there was nowhere to park!

Cons:

When I went to check in the front desk clerk made sure to make it a point that I was not on his list and it was bc I booked the room from 12am to 12:30…i told him when I booked the room I made sure to have the day before in the booking dates since it was after midnight when I made the reservation. Regardless of any of that I had a confirmation # and a pin and let him hold my phone and look at all of it on my email and he still told me I didn’t have a room booked! I then was told I wasn’t going to be charged and it clearly said in the email it was full price to cancel. As I proceeded to turn and walk away a younger lady was behind me sighing really loud as if I was taking too long(I’m sorry that’s my money being thrown away) and the front desk clerk knew this girl I’m guessing I never seen her pay for anything but don’t mean she didn’t but he gave her a key and on she went! When he told me the room I booked was not even available and didn’t offer me another option but told me I cudnt stay neway bc I wasn’t on his list! That was very unsettling how she walked in and got a room and barely talked and I cudnt get one at all!

Get choice of a stay for the Kentucky Derby
Pros:

We booked it during the Kentucky Derby. It was a great locations due to being close to the shuttle lots as well as being a mile away from the track so you could walk if you choose to. They gifted us with a lovely derby gift for staying there - knowing it was a few $$$ more than you would normally pay it was a very nice gesture. All the staff were very friendly and the place was super clean beds were very comfortable and the towels were super fluffy!

Pros:

Comfortable but fs! But seem to.be in flight pattern for UPS planes constantly From ftom 12sm to 2 am. Very hardbto getbto slerp. Room was on top floor. Great breakfast but ends 9 am!! No sleeping in.

Cons:

breakfast ended too early at 9 am. Hard to get go sleep because not cool instant flights to airport.
