Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Hotel ist modern gestaltet. Das Restaurant ist sehr schön und der Selbstbedienungskiosk bietet eine tolle Auswahl an Snacks. Das Zimmer ist schön dunkel zum schlafen.

Cons:

Wir haben 2 Zimmer gebucht und beide waren eng. Es hatte keinen Wc Besen, was für mich zu den Grundbedürfnissen gehört und ein Föhn hat nicht funktioniert. Die Ablageflächen sind zu wenig. Mit Kind ist das Zimmer leider nicht sehr praktisch.

Der Parkplatz hat günstige Ladestationen und ist für Amsterdam nicht teuer.

Unsere Decke hatte einen Fleck, wurde nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption ausgetauscht.

A Stylish Stay with Excellent Amenities, Yet Missing a Personal Touch

Cons:

The property is very beautiful, modern, and thoughtfully designed, with several refined design touches that make it both pleasant and distinctive. Despite this, I left with a sense of disappointment because I never truly felt at home.

Breakfast is one of the highlights: very varied, with fresh, high-quality products and an excellent healthy selection for those looking for more nutritious options.

Unfortunately, I cannot give the highest rating for two reasons. The first concerns the room, which I found far too small and cramped. For a tall person or someone traveling with a large suitcase, the available space is quite limiting.

The second aspect concerns the staff, particularly during check-in. I perceived from the guy an attitude that felt rather distant and not especially welcoming, at times even somewhat condescending. My first impression was of a cold reception, not in line with the standard of the property. What was missing was a smile and those simple gestures that make guests feel welcome and that, while maintaining full professionalism, help create a warmer and more genuine atmosphere.

Overall, it is still a quality property, but there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience truly outstanding.
