Our stay was ok but wasn’t bad enough to not stay again.
Pros:

We liked the location and we liked the front desk lady, Ashley! She made us feel right at home. Very helpful and kind. I’ve never seen a front desk lady all over the hotel making sure everything was going smoothly. She’s an absolute jewel.

Cons:

We had a soft spot in our floor, several of the lobby lights and windows were leaking water from the rain, back parking access wasn’t the best and the beds were uncomfortable.

I was only there for less than 24 hours so it did what it needed to do.
Pros:

I liked that the front desk called me shortly after I arrived if my room was okay.

Cons:

It seemed just a bit run down compared to how much I paid for the room.

Pros:

El trato de las empleadas de housekeeping,la de la cocina y las de recepción. La ubicación y accesibilidad a expresos ,comercios,gasolineras y la ciudad.

Cons:

Solo que en el desayuno deberían de variar los acompañantes del huevo, como por ejemplo incluir hash browns. La mini cocina o área de ubicación de la mini nevera y microondas, estaba muy cercana a la puerta del baño y se hacía incómodo. Había que cerrar la puerta de éste.

Cons:

Didn’t get the room I paid for, the carpet was gross, the room smelled so bad, I had to go get spray from downstairs, the overnight working fell asleep at the desk snoring, the morning lady brought her kid to work and was screaming in the lobby, from the pictures the room looks decent but definitely not when you get there.

absolute dump. inside the room there were stains everywhere, in the hallways was one of the worst moldy/mildew smells I’ve ever come across. overall gross place to be.

The lady that works the 1p to 11p shit is amazing. Super sweet and helpful

Cons:

The card keys constant had to be redone and the rooms smelled like weed. The ATM didn’t work so doing laundry was not an option
