Horrible and I would love to dispute the charge on my credit card. Not worth $125 a night!
Pros:

It had an airport shuttle

Cons:

The place was so dirty! And my family and I were in bed and sound asleep at 8:30pm for a 3:30am airport arrival and at 8:30pm, the maintenance guy came and banged on the door to “fix our door”! It was horrible experience for the price we paid. Also, there was a cat roaming around the hotel. I am highly allergic and was not able to breathe all night!

We won’t ever stay there again.
Pros:

It was a place for us to stay for the night. Tony was amazing and did all she could to make our stay better.

Cons:

The front desk guy put fresh milk in a container that had sour chunky milk without cleaning it. The front desk woman when we checked in was not friendly and did not address our mobility issue. The inside door handle on the door to our room came off in my hand. The toilet paper holder was ready to come off the wall. The floors in our room were dirty and had not been cleaned.

The side door had no security lock. The remote didn't work. One of the beds sounded and felt like a tin can

If you have the option, stay at other hotels. I do not recommend this hotel in Rochester.
Pros:

The only good things were the bed and the toiletries. The bedding was fresh and clean, and shower and shaving supplies were provided.

Cons:

All the furniture was very old. There was only one chair in the room. The clothes hangers were the wrong size for the rail they hung on and kept falling off. We were unable to turn on the TV because there was no remote control. Our request to rectify the situation met with absolutely no response. The cold water tap in the bathroom was broken; then, the following morning, the water supply to the bathroom was cut off completely.

Very dissatisfied
Pros:

Was close to strong so I could spend my time with my daughter

Cons:

Door didn't shut all the way so u had to lock it from inside..didn't get towels each day and they didnt clean the garage cans in the room. It says on the site u get breakfast but they dont offer it

Room was clean pillows were not standard to the bed they were like sleeping on square very uncomfortable.
Pros:

Cleanliness, only stayed overnight for my sons trip to RIT college trip

Cons:

It was very loud and we were put in a high traffic area by the stairs.

We had to cancel and go to another hotel, the beds were very cheap and you can feel the springs on the mattress, the sheets were stained and the bathroom celing paint was striping and all chipped. We had worker come and view the room and she was schocked as well.

The receptionist was very kind!
