7.5/10 , nice hotel , very welcoming, enjoyed our stay. A couple of small improvements would go a long way
Pros:

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time overall , we’d give it a 7.5 / 10

1) All the staff are extremely lovely, friendly and welcoming

- The car park staff are extremely helpful. And if you are waiting in the lobby to be picked up for a day excursion, they will ask you what you are going to do and keep a look out for the excursion minibus to arrive and notify you

2) The hotel is a 2/3 minute walk away from Ao Nang Beach

3) The room we stayed in was massive, super spacious, the bed was comfy, the bathroom very big, and the shower very powerful.

4) The room come with little helpful extras such as a beach bag, robes and slippers (all very useful)

5) The hotel has multiple pools, so there was never a feeling of overcrowding or being too busy.

6) we didn’t use the gym, but we did have a little look at it and it looked well equipt. It was also Ice Cold inside.

Cons:

There is nothing “bad” about the hotel at all, however we just have a few areas on improvement below

1) Air Con - Automatic Settings

- The lowest the AC goes to is 21C (which is ok, ideally we’d like is lower)… however.. the hotel has this weird pre-setting that automatically turns up the AC to 24C at random times during the day & night which is 100% noticeable. It can be turned back down to 21C but becomes a pain and very annoying to keep manually have to do this.

2) Breakfast

- The breakfast is a buffet style, and in our opinion more on the basic side. The buffet could definitely do with a little bit more variety.

- side note : the omelette station is nice

3) Lick of paint

- The is a few areas of the hotel that have a bit of damage and and need a lick of paint to touch up.

4) Elevators

- The elevators are super slow and there isn’t many of them

5) Privacy

- The swim up pools on the ground floor pool , sound like a great option on paper, but in reality anyone can just swim up to your room, see into your room, and kind of an intrude into your privacy

- Also, none of the balconies have opaque / translucent glass in. So if you are sat on your balcony and your room neighbours are too, then it feels a little awkward

- The nearest 7/11 is a 15 mins walk away (the quickest was being uphill)

Inmejorable piscina en el Roftop
Pros:

El Roftop del hotel es fantástico así como el personal,magníficas vistas y buen restaurante.

Cons:

Solo el desayuno está más orientado a personas de Asia pues no ofrecía comida “europea”
La máquina del café duró solo el primer día y al siguiente el café era todo americano.
