Very good spa, Kae and Junny were amazing
Spacious room with lovely swimming pools. A good variety of breakfast options available.
For a 4 star hotel, I was disappointed. Firstly, it is not a beachfront property. No sea view, except from the roof top pool. It is a short walk to the beach though, but does not feel like a beachfront front property. No iron available, only a pay for ironing service . The balcony definitely needs some maintenance - a coat of paint and the burglar rails are rusting. The bathroom tile grout can do with a better cleaning. It would be good to have a shuttle service to the beach at various times during the day. Later check out incurs an additional payment after 12 pm.
great stay! rooms were very comfortable and clean! a lot of space / storage space. very close to the beach. the rooftop pool is awesome with a lot of sitting/laying options and incredible view over the ocean. Definately coming back!
-5-10 walking distance to the main street where all the restaurants, bars and shops are. But not a reason not to chose this Hotel :)

I had a very bad night because of 3 sets of neighbours throughout the night.
I wanted to relax. First I talked with Mew and she spoke wonderfully English and understood me.
Then I met Junny. First I was skeptical because she first did not understand me. Then she asked me where I am from and used the Dutch Google translate. I do not know why, but she had such great words of encouragement for me (I am quite sensitive cause of health issues, my body is stressed a lot of the time, because of surgery) and I could read it in perfect Dutch sentences and read that she really understood me.
You also fill out a form with preference and medical things being done to the body so that they know what they can and cannot do.
On top of that they gave me discount and extra 15 min. They are wonderful as a team:

Everything was clean and modern. The staff really takes care of you during the stay in this hotel. Breakfast was nice and tasty. The hotel is 3 minutes walk from the beach and the main road. There are two large pools which was really nice. Definitely recommend :)
