There could have been better clearing away of drinks and used food plates etc from round the lower pool area and stricter rules could have been enforced about drinks and food only being used by swim up rooms if that was your room.
People were using those private areas when that was not their room.

Pros:

balcony with view, great food, helpful staff who helped book our travel from Krabi to Phuket. The car park security man is very friendly & helpful. The roof top pool area is incredible around sunset & to cool off after a hot day.

Cons:

free shuttle service up to the main street would help as it is quite a walk. The laundry service was a little expensive. Massage prices are a bit pricey but it is a resort & not a cheap street massage!
