Pros:

Very convinient location, everything is in walking distance. Room was quiete even tho it faced the busy shopping street. Hotel has free amenities and an onsen.

Cons:

The onsen could be inspected for cleanliness more often, expecially on a busy weekend.

Pros:

Really unexpectedly nice stay, especially due to the sento on site, which I used several times. The room provided robe and slippers to use when going, as well as towels and soap within. There was also a free popsicle after the bath and some pay massage chairs that were definitely worth the money. Room was very solid as well. I did not need ear plugs despite it being in a very central shopping arcade.
