Excellent location, newly renovated hotel. Very convenient from all places to walk. We traveled with family and elders and the staff was very helpful for each request.

Cons:

Room 216 musky and bidet hose leaking. The rest ok. Staff just at their usual desk. Restaurant runner by foreign workers. Parking entrance and exit very narrow for MPV as required people to watch the pillars on entry and exit. Mattresses are hard. Breakfast value for money but seems like non-guests are dining.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the staff were exceptionally accommodating, and the location was excellent, with everything we needed close by.

Cons:

Breakfast was quite basic, with limited options to choose from. The room layout was a little unusual, as the wardrobe and clothes hangers were located behind the TV, which wasn’t very practical. The safe also wasn’t working during our stay.

The TV initially didn’t work properly, so we couldn’t watch the World Cup matches. However, after we informed the staff, they promptly replaced the TV, and the issue was resolved. We appreciated their quick response and willingness to help.
