Value for money. Definitely will repeat.
Pros:

I enjoyed the hotel's convenient location, comfortable bed, and the cleanliness of the room. Chawrasta and a variety of eateries are within easy walking distance.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the view from one of the room's windows was blocked by the building next door.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location but still quiet at night.
Staff very friendly.

Cons:

Not great value for money, room is tiny and quite a bit of mould in bathroom. Cleaning could be improved.
A water filter should be installed in reception too.
