Nice location and the room was clean, I can choose this place again if I will come to Tbilisi.
Pros:

The property is located near for all locations to visit and the metro also really near you can walk either metro or either old city. The location is the best to visit Tbilisi. The staff is so friendly and you can ask anything you need and they always help. The room that I stayed was clean without any drawbacks the bed is nice and the bathroom without any smells it was clean. Overall everything is nice for me because I go to my room at night only or to have a shower there and if your plan is to see the Tbilisi it is one of good hotels to stay

Pros:

Удобное месторасположение, администратор старалась во всем помочь.
Завтрак для нас как обед, в первый день были котлеты с пюре, во второй вареники, но мы предпочитаем более легкий завтрак))

Cons:

Не уютно. Матрац жесткий, подушки не удобные.
Вплотную к гостинице старый жилой дом, нужно соблюдать тишину, после 23 часов даже рагзоваривать в полный голос нельзя

Excelente relación calidad - precio, la ubicación inmejorable, a 100 metros de la estación de metro Abvlavari, que es una de las principales de la ciudad.

Las dos mujeres que me atendieron siempre amables y atentas. Es un hotel familiar, muy tranquilo, sin ruidos nocturnos.

Cons:

El desayuno es bueno, con productos típicos de Georgia, pero quizá no demasiado variado.
