A good place to stay when you want accessibility, kitchen facilities and reasonable pet fees!
Pros:

Location convenient & quiet.
Room was comfortable overall.
Area for dogs was clean and supplied pick-up bags.

Cons:

Mattress - seems to have had a plastic covering that made noises when I moved on it. Do all Accessible suites have this?
Number of tables at normal height in the breakfast area were very limited.
Temperature was tricky to regulate.

Our experience at the hotel was very disappointing, especially because the bathroom was in poor condition and clearly showed signs of mold and mildew. The walls and edges around the bathtub appeared dirty and neglected, with visible dark buildup along the seams and corners. The bathroom did not feel clean or well-maintained, which made us uncomfortable during our stay. What was most disappointing was that the actual condition of the bathroom did not match the pictures we had seen when booking the hotel. We expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room based on the photos, but what we encountered was very different. The visible mold and overall condition of the bathroom made the experience unpleasant, and we feel the hotel should address these maintenance and cleanliness issues to ensure guests receive the quality they are led to expect.

Plusses and minuses
Pros:

This hotel has plusses and minuses. Plusses- free breakfast (cereals, packaged muffins, bagels, oranges, bananas,yogurt, so not bad). Coffee, hot cocoa, tea and spiced cider all through the day, and a fresh cookie in the evening. The room is a suite, so a separate area with a pull out couch, and a kitchen area which has everything except an oven. It is not new and definitely shows wear. It is clean considering it is older and worn. My biggest problem is in the evening there is no one there except the front desk person. No maintenance man or anyone if you need anything, because the front desk person cannot leave the front desk. So no, you can not get an extra blanket, pillow,towel, someone to fix an overflowing toilet, etc.

Pros:

Location to freeway and restaurants was only thing. There was a CVS and Safeway close buy. Ok breakfast asked for some more bananas none were put out.

Cons:

Booked hotel requesting walk in shower what I got was room 128 with small tub next to work out room. Dark room bad lighting in back of building. So bad lighting no access to sun all heavy filtered. Upon check in was told there would be a pet fee and parking? Ok pet I get but uncovered parking id vehicle is over 7ft. It was not only me other people checking in were what? Then there were vans and trucks using 2 or 3 spots and paying the same I asked a worker staying there. Employees said we just started charging for parking. Please Booking make them publish extra charges. So a person can make a informed decision if it is really and fair price. Plus if handicapped individualizes make a request either state it can be fulfilled or not. I think I know why as customer has no choice once hey show up I think it's called bait and switch.

The location and cleanliness of this place is wonderful for the money you pay. It’s wonderful for families as it offers full suite with kitchen and very spacious. It has great parking situation and free breakfast. It’s in a great location. I was pleasantly surprised.

Broken down and dirty
Pros:

This property is completely in need of updating. The carpets were dirty and stained, the fixtures in the bathroom were loose and didn’t work correctly, the couch has stains on it and a ripped cushion, the vent in the ceiling was so matted with dust and dirt and it rattled all night long. The knobs for that fan were broken so you couldn’t turn it off. It was too late to check out and find another hotel so we suffered through and checked out the next morning.
