It was a good visit
Pros:

The staff was excellent. Very friendly

Cons:

The pullout couch mattress was extremely worn out. My starter opted to sleep on the couch like normal rather than put up with it.

Dissapointed
Pros:

Location to freeway and restaurants was only thing. There was a CVS and Safeway close buy. Ok breakfast asked for some more bananas none were put out.

Cons:

Booked hotel requesting walk in shower what I got was room 128 with small tub next to work out room. Dark room bad lighting in back of building. So bad lighting no access to sun all heavy filtered. Upon check in was told there would be a pet fee and parking? Ok pet I get but uncovered parking id vehicle is over 7ft. It was not only me other people checking in were what? Then there were vans and trucks using 2 or 3 spots and paying the same I asked a worker staying there. Employees said we just started charging for parking. Please Booking make them publish extra charges. So a person can make a informed decision if it is really and fair price. Plus if handicapped individualizes make a request either state it can be fulfilled or not. I think I know why as customer has no choice once hey show up I think it's called bait and switch.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

The location and cleanliness of this place is wonderful for the money you pay. It’s wonderful for families as it offers full suite with kitchen and very spacious. It has great parking situation and free breakfast. It’s in a great location. I was pleasantly surprised.

Broken down and dirty
Pros:

This property is completely in need of updating. The carpets were dirty and stained, the fixtures in the bathroom were loose and didn’t work correctly, the couch has stains on it and a ripped cushion, the vent in the ceiling was so matted with dust and dirt and it rattled all night long. The knobs for that fan were broken so you couldn’t turn it off. It was too late to check out and find another hotel so we suffered through and checked out the next morning.

This property is outside of core city. The property started to charge for parking at a exhorbant rate. I will no longer use the property. There are other choices where parking is still free.

Manager was unresponsive to request to change reservation. Desk clerk made it happen but was less thank thrilled to help.

Pros:

I got a $15:00 a night parking fee which wasn’t disclosed at booking but rather at check in. I picked them for their price, however if I knew they were going to do that I would have chosen somewhere nicer.

Great price, great location, great staff
Pros:

Easy access off of I 90.
The lobby was cozy. The fresh cookies were a nice surprise. The check in staff were very kind.
Our room was clean and smelled nice.
Breakfast was convenient and well stocked.
We will stay there again next time we are passing by.

Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to accommodate our whole family. Overall, a very pleasant and family-friendly hotel — we’d happily stay again.

Pros:

Beliggenhet var helt grei. Det var butikker i ca gåavstand, og busstopp som gjorde nærliggende områder mer tilgjengelig. Senga var behagelig, varm dusj med god trykk. Selv om jeg hadde glemt toalettveske fikk jeg gratis tannkost/tannkrem.

Cons:

Frokosten var litt skuffende, alt kom ferdigpakket og var presentert i kjøleskap. Kaffen var tynn og telefondekningen kunne vært bedre. Litt kronglete tilgang på buss.
