Renaissance Riverside Hotel Saigon

I enjoyed a one night stay on the club floor with a friend very much, not just the room, the swimming pool and other facilities but also a wide variety of food and beverages provided for free at the lounge in the evening and the morning, enjoying warm and friendly services provided by the crew, including Caelum, whose beaming smile often cheered me up.

Revisited this hotel after 10 years. It is an outstanding in terms location, service and value for money.
I stayed in the club room with access to executive lounge. The Serice by all staff was exceptional. Wish to offer my sincere thanks to the following staff, namely Mini, Phu, Tin, Minh and Thao. They tried their best to help my wife to select the right gluten free dishes.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Last week, I spent 5 nights at the Renaissance Riverside which is now my "go to" hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

The hotel is modern and well kept, and more importantly, the team is fantastic. In particular, I would like to recognize Licter at the front desk for the outstanding hospitality she showed throughout my stay.

Business travel can be tiring, especially when you're halfway around the world from home, but Licter's warm smile, genuine kindness, and joyful attitude made a real difference. Every interaction with her left me feeling welcomed and appreciated as a guest. She consistently greeted me with enthusiasm and professionalism, and her positive energy brightened my day.

Hotels are more than beautiful buildings - they are the people who work in them. Licter is an excellent ambassador for the Renaissance Riverside Hotel, and she played a significant part in making my stay such an enjoyable one.

Amazing club lounge. I stayed many Marriot hotel but it stands out to be the best so far. Shout out to Ngan, Nhi, Abbie, Chau at club lounge. Their service is impeccable. Highly recommended

Phu is very friendly and approachable. What makes us more glad is that Chau, the bartender made us extremely delicious cocktails. She is passionate about her job and is amazingly sweet and good in what she is doing! She listens to guests’ likings and made wonderful cocktails for guests. V blessed to have met her!

I would like to recognise Twi from the concierge team for his outstanding service. My colleague encountered some difficulty communicating with a taxi driver, and he immediately stepped in to help. He patiently waited with me until my colleague arrived so he could assist with communicating with the driver and make sure everything was sorted out.

He was also incredibly friendly, approachable, and welcoming throughout the interaction, making us feel well looked after. Thank you for providing such exceptional service—it truly made a difference to our experience.

Club lounge with room brilliant. Nice food through the day and evening meal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was excellent with beautiful river view.

3 nights Renaissance Riverside Saigon- used NUA and got a 1 bedroom suite on the 20th floor looking towards the river which was a beautiful view. Service was very good, staff was friendly. We were out enjoying the city too much to even visit the lounge but others have said how nice it is. We used the restaurant on the lobby level and they were great. Over 3 days they had a different option for pho, banh mi or other VN food. The pastries even rotated daily. I think this variety was great to try other dishes during our 3 mornings. The staff was attentive, always asking about drinks as they seated us. The food is about as the same as the Sheraton and the rooms are maybe a bit more dated but not a big difference. The views are better if you want to see the river. We used Giat Oi laundry service (84 39 754 4696 is their WhatsApp) which picked up and delivered our items within 24 hours.

Of note we received really good service from Merida , Phat, Thuy, Kiet and Vy at the breakfast buffet and I hope they are acknowledged by management. They remembered us each morning, provided friendly conversation and made sure we always had what we wanted and even went out of their way to bring us something from the kitchen like steamed rice. There were a few others we helped us but they didn't have nametags. These were individuals who cleared the dishes or made the pho.

If you're looking for a spa/massage, we visited Laboho for the 2nd time.

My family and I stayed here for four days and our experience was overall absolutely amazing. We are especially pleased with the staff members as they were super welcoming. However, those that worked in the club lounge like Ngan Mini, were especially welcoming and even provided us recommendations on places to visit in the city. My family and I will definitely stay here again!!

My parents and I have a really enjoyable stay due to the excellent service at Renaissance Riverside. I wish to express my appreciation to Ms Money from the Club Lounge who really went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. She was attentive, courteous and professional. She remembered our preferences from Day 1. She also advised us on the timing to go to the airport and help to arrange for late check out for us. A truly exceptional hospitality professional. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit to HCM!

I’m Australian and come to this hotel very often for coffee and event. Yuki and An Khuong are very welcome staffs and make me feel like home. Yuki has very good service and kindly.

Great hotel and amazing service by Lecter!

Had fantastic service from everyone, but particularly enjoyed service from Lily and Nana at the lobby RBar. Thank you ladies! Enjoyed a great lunch and chat.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were very welcoming. What truly made the experience exceptional was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, professional, and always ready to help.
