I had a wonderful experience at the Club Lounge of the Renaissance Riverside Saigon. The hospitality and level of service were exceptional from start to finish. On the night we checked-in, the Frontdesk personnel Tue was so accomodating and helpful to us.
Our room is spacious and spotless and they provide everything we need in our room. A good wi-fi connection. The gym is so cool and we stayed there for an hour to shed off extra calories. The buffet breakfast was delish and a big Thank You to Chef Henri and staff Ngan. The dinner was even more scrumptious.
Caelum who made our thirst-quenching cocktail and also gave us beautiful souvenirs from the hotel. Thank you so much to you all!!! 😘💗

We have such great experience staying at the Renaissance riverfront in SaiGon. The property is great, employees are very helpful. Especially at the lounge, all the staffs are wonderful, especially Money and Caleum. The food was amazing. We can’t wait to come back and spend our time here on our next vacation.. highly recommended
