Breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. Room was spacious with a great river view. The gym is well equipped and is open 24/7. The sky bar and pool area offers spectacular views, particularly at night. Bar staff were friendly and helpful. Late checkout request was accommodated.
Difficult to criticise, but perhaps a wider offering of red wines at the sky bar, eg a full bodied Shiraz.
breakfast and resturants are excllent , would highly recommend, they staff are friendly and helpfully , we had no issues eating dinners at the viet kitchen , resturant on first floor was fully booked when we tried

As a solo traveler visiting Ho Chi Minh City for the first time, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Renaissance Riverside Saigon didn't just feel like a hotel; the staff made me feel safe and welcome, truly like I was at home.
The level of customer service here is exceptional across the board—from the friendly bell staff to the helpful Navigators. I was especially touched by the housekeeping team, who left me a handwritten note wishing me a wonderful day. It’s those small, personal gestures that really set this hotel apart.
The Club Lounge staff were also fantastic. Even when they were busy, they always took the time to chat with me about my day. I want to give a few special shout-outs:

The hotel being located near the river is already a big plus, not to mention how calming and serene it feels once you step in. Divine services, a wonderful room to yourself, and all around worth the days and value you spend on.
