Pros:

The property was fine. It was very clean as well. Throughout the whole area, it was a nice little picnic area next to where there's a breakfast and lunch restaurant matt morton, seventy five feet away..

Cons:

They're basically with nothing that I didn't like the property was fine.The manager was fine as well.Very cordial, it was a very good stay and I would definitely make a point of coming back.And the price was good through booking dot com..

Close to beaches and Newport.
Pros:

They did do some updates to the rooms but need to finish painting, caulking to complete their updates.

Cons:

Owner could've been a little more friendly and smiled a bit more.She didn't seem too happy.Uou gotta fake it to make it.But not everyone can be happy.

Pros:

Drain in bathroom sink was very slow. Towels were way too small and not soft.

Great place to stay. Close to all area attractions. Beaches etc.
Pros:

We loved the restaurant right next door for the best local ingredients in a breakfast meal.

That the restaurant was only open until 230pm..

This hotel is very overpriced at 400.00 a night for how old and not updated at all.
Pros:

Convenient location.

Cons:

The bathtub has the caulking ripped and hanging. We had two bath towels and three face cloths. No hand towels or bath mat. Any other hotels usually give guest four bath towels, at least two hand towels and face cloths. Very unhappy. Would never recommend or stay at this hotel again.

It was a good pit stop on our road trip.
Pros:

Location is nice.

Cons:

The door had a large gap under it allowing things to crawl in. The bathroom floor is raised and is a trip hazard.
