I couldn’t go due to illness. My friend went and she really liked the hotel and how clean it was. She had a river view room with a gorgeous view over the river & the Southbank promenade

Pros:

The service was great and the beds were amazing.

Cons:

The view from our window was a car park. Last time we stayed we had a much better view.
