Location in the CBD, parking, comfortable rooms, great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

Disappointing and unequal service at the rooftop bar. Some staff and hostesses were rude and only offered friendly, attentive service to white patrons, while treating people of other backgrounds poorly. In this day and age, there is no excuse for treating people differently based on race. Everyone deserves the same respect and welcome. Melbourne is a multicultural city. Everyone deserves to be acknowledged and valued equally.

Rooftop service was disappointing, but the breakfast buffet downstairs was great. The Asian staff were so polite and helpful – exactly the equal, friendly treatment every guest deserves.

It was very clean , staff were extremely helpful. I always love the beds . This time I got an upgrade which I was very thankful for . I always enjoy my stays at vibe hotel . See you again in 2 weeks
