Important information:

Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.

A room clean and linen change is only carried out once a week for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional daily maid service, cleaning and towels are available upon request at additional cost. Please contact the property for details.

Dirty rug, kithen cabinets loose, no toiletpaper holder, and loose towel racks...would not rent agai
Pros:

Location good but will reconsider renting this space again.

Cons:

No toilet paper holder, towel rack loose and came off wall, so no place for towels, kitchen cabinet door appeared to be broken.. we did not open as it was loose. Couch very soft , difficult getting out of it, and area rug very dirty.
Kitchen facilities were basic and barely adequate...
Room very hot ... need better ventilation..
All this was told to the Let Office at Nell Gwynn House. I used to be a Owner at this facility and know the standards the space was way below normal.

Nice location, good value.
Pros:

Very good location, right on the edge of Chelsea, great value for the money. We were travelling with friends, and they stayed in a different room, which seemed renovated.

Cons:

It's an historic, iconic building; hence, from the elevator to some of the rooms, you have to walk a long hallway. And the photos on the listings make rooms look way bigger than they are. I need to mention the only real issue we think is that only a set of keys was given to us, and that made our stay somewhat problematic. You need to wake the other person up to get into the apartment in case of finishing the night at different times.
