Please note, that air-conditioning is not present in all apartments. Only selected units are equiped with air-conditioning.

Kindly note that standard occupancy is for two adults sharing a double bed. Should you require the use of the sofa bed during your stay there will be an additional cost per night.

A room clean and linen change is only carried out once a week for stays of 7 nights or more. Additional daily maid service, cleaning and towels are available upon request at additional cost. Please contact the property for details.

Great location, fair price point
Pros:

Location is unbeatable, that's why we have been staying on the same district (second time at Nell Gywn) every time we visit the city. Our room was 032, a corner suite on the same level with street, it is easliy accessible and wide enough for a family of 2 adults and one kid, but you need to close your shades to block out curious eyes. We were there just after the heatwave, so we didn't have much of an issue with the lack of air-conditioning; also two powerful fans were available.

A week in London for shows and being a tourist.😁

The location was good. The reception and staff were fabulous. The amenities in the apartment were very good especially having a fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. I have to say when I'm on holiday self catering is not "a thing" for me 😁 it's silver service all the way....on that note there are absolutely endless places to eat. We live in Spain so there were a few cardiac moments when the bill arrived compared to at home but hey what an amazing tourist and gastronomic experience. Leaving every morning from the apartment to set off on our daily adventures....awesome.....Thank you.

Cons:

No aircon....the uk is obviously not geared up for the extreme temperatures it has been experiencing of late.

Cons:

we had hot towel rails and in one room a warm radiator outside temperature was 35 degrees centigrade , the staff solved the problem immediately,but we experienced it for two days .There should be AC when one think about the climate change

Para repetir, totalmente recomendable, un 10.

La ubicación en un barrio tranquilo entre las estaciones de metro de south kensington y sloane square, con paradas de bus cerca, un supermercado justo enfrente, y el apartamento era perfecto, con espacio de almacenaje, armario,la cocina con vajilla y cuberteria suficiente, hasta tostador.Tenia lavadora-secadora, tendedero, plancha de ropa. La cama y el sofá-cama cómodos y el baño fenomenal. Limpiaron y nos cambiaron las sábanas y las toallas al cuarto día, repusieron papel higiénico, friegaplatos y tés y cafés de sobre.
Que tuviera guardaequipaje gratuito antes del checkin y después del check out y la recepción 24 horas es un plus. Aunque no tiene aire acondicionado, tiene varios ventiladores y con ola de calor a nosotros nos bastó.Resumen: para repetir y totalmente recomendable.

Cons:

Ninguna pega, hemos estado fenomenal,nos han atendido fenomenal, hemos descansado bien y hemos estado muy agusto. A quien necesite dormir a oscuras recordarle que no tienen persianas y aunque las ventanas tienen un stor opaco amanece temprano y la luz se cuela en la habitación, con un antifaz solucionado.

静かでロケーションが良かったです。歴史な建物で魅力的でした。

Cons:

記録的なヒートウエーブが来る中で、エアコンがなかったことです。建物の構造上、窓も小さく風もあまり抜けなかったです。

No me ha convencido
Pros:

La zona muy bien, tranquila y cerca del metro y buses. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Sin aire acondicionado, solo unos ventiladores que hacían bastante ruido. Cogí una habitación con cocina porque iba con los niños. Una única sartén que estaba destrozada.
Para rematar tardaron 3 días en devolverme la fianza de 400€

El edificio bastante malo

La ubicación! Es realmente excelente

Cons:

Estaba sucio el departamento. Con humedad. Había olor raro. Pedimos que lo vengan a limpiar dijeron que si pero NO limpiaron. Nos habían dejado 2 rollos de papel higiénico 1 jabón 2 bolsitas chiquitas de shampoo. Tuvimos que comprar !
