Hola, es excelente este tipo de comunicacion, en primer lugar el primer cuarto que nos dieron el 213 tenia una fuga de agua, nos cambiaron al cuarto 713 y no nos hicieron la limpieza, no teniamos jabon para el cuerpo, y las toallas no eran suficientes, pedimos un trasporte para que nos trasladara al aeropuerto y nos enviaron dos el cual tuvimos que pagar.

La atención del personal. Pedi cambio de habitación y me apoyaron rapidisimo.

Cons:

Que la habitación tuvo un problema de fuga de agua tanto en regadera como en el sistema de aire acondicionado y cayó una cascada de el.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

La amabilidad de Socorro la housekeeper de mi habitación 508,siempre pendiente de lo necesario para nuestro confort y el personal de la recepción .
