Great experience, just a little hiccup with the WiFi
Pros:

Very nice rooms, the A/C is very cold. Bathroom is also nice and well kept.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was a little difficult trying to use with the TV. Netflix and other streaming services wouldn’t connect to the internet.

Excelente servicio, limpieza y confort.
Pros:

Todo el personal es muy amable y atento, pero es muy importante mencionar que la atención del Gerente de Recepción Arturo fue extraordinaria al ayudarme con una falta de claridad entre la plataforma de reservaciones que utilice (totalmente independiente con el Hotel) y lo ofrecido por Courtyard by Marriott Puebla Las Animas respecto al paquete de desayunos adquirido, el Gerente Arturo mostró gran interés y empatía por ayudarme y logró que la solución que me proporcionó fuera de mi agrado al 100% superando mis expectativas.

La ubicación para mis necesidades fue excelente ya que se encontraba en el centro de todos los puntos hacia los que me tenía que mover, pero aun asi considero que la ubicación les facilitaría a muchas personas trasladarse, y también es importante considerar que tiene cerca restaurantes, tiendas de autoservicio y plazas comerciales. El desayuno buffet es variado, con frutas y alimentos frescos, de muy buen sabor y calidad.

Cons:

Los jugos tanto de guayaba como de mandarina podrían ser mejores, puede ser que me equivoque, pero la percepción que tengo es que estaban muy rebajados con agua.

Pros:

Very good customer service.

Cons:

The shower is annoying. Water flow fluctuates to the point of stopping altogether. After waiting a few seconds, water stars flowing again. This issue needs to be addressed.

A/C is noisy. Needs to be upgraded to a modern, quiet heat-pump system.
