Great and very convenient to airport for an early AM departure
Pros:

The room itself was excellent. The service at the front the next morning and transportation to the airport was exceptional!

Cons:

The only thing would have been to know ahead of time that they were working on an upgrade. It was a little off-putting to walk in a see inside of some ceiling tiles.

Location was great. Most staff was very pleasant

Cons:

I stayed 4 nights 5 days only asked for my room to be vacuum, trash and fresh towels once while I was out for the day. It didn’t get done. When I returned I did get fresh towels and the night guy did come up for my trash

Terrible Staff ruining a nice hotel.

The staff ruined the entire experience for me. They were incredibly rude to an older gentleman standing in front of me at check in who was voicing concerns about the tap water being milky white. They checked me in without issue then called me an hour later to rudely inform me very loudly that my card was declined. I showed them proof on my bank account that it was not declined and the charge did go through. They demanded that I give them another card to charge. Nope! I cancelled my room and took my business to the Hilton down the road. One smelled so strongly of cigarettes it made this location feel like a gross motel. Another one wouldn't stop chewing a gross amount of gum and smacking on it loudly with every guest she checked in. All front desk staff were unhygienic, rude, loud, and have no understanding of professionalism or hospitality. I took my concerns to corporate as well.

Pros:

We reserved 3 rooms (2 under Medina and 1 under Davis). My in laws room (Davis) dod not have working AC. My father in law is in poor healrh. Also, the water in the sinks and showers is absolutely disgusting. It smells & it is a milky white color. My in laws should get a refund.

The staff was very nice and the breakfast was actualy decent for a hotel. I would recommend this location forbanyone that needs to be close to the airport and local restaurants.

Great hotel
Pros:

The room was really comfortable. The hotel staff were friendly and just really great. Everything was clean. Basic TV. Very close to the airport. It was perfect for our needs.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The rooms were spacious and fresh. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of variety and was great. The staff was very friendly.
