The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel facilities were excellent, and overall I had a pleasant stay.
The mini fridge was very noisy and caused the entire desk to vibrate, and the air conditioner was also quite loud, especially at night. Another issue was the pillows. There were several small cube-shaped pillows, which were very uncomfortable to sleep on. I'm not sure why the hotel chose this design—standard-sized pillows would have been much more comfortable.
It was so nice, modern and clean. The staff was wonderful!

The location was great. The hotel is in excellent condition. Have a beautiful pool staff very friendly and accommodating.
The fire alarm went off in the morning and there was no staff to help misunderstand what was going on. They weren’t answering the phones, of course, but also no one came by to let us know that there wasn’t truly a fire that it was a false alarm.
Very nice comfortable room.
Breakfast was cold. Had eggs, tots and sausage. All were cold. Watress compensated for it.
Our room was the furthest from the elevator. Would have liked to be closer. Counted over 120 steps from room to elevator.
Had to change rooms. First bathroom had the shower head on the bathroom counter. Tried calling front desk and the phone was not working. The phone had been unplugged. The room was not ready for occupancy.
A fee to park my car in your lot? C’mon…I wasn’t informed of this online, so that came as a surprise
I was blessed to stay one week in this wonderful beautiful property, which is very nicely put together, well decorated, with a homie atmosphere that provides entertainment, food, and comfort. Property kept in excellent condition. But the best part was it staff.! Tony, Edward, Edith, Rita, Jennifer and the boss Manuel were all attentive, jovial and very professional. This was the second time I stayed in his property in a period of 90 days. If I am blessed to have to return to Mountain View California one more time I will stay here again.
The hotel was clean and had an inviting atmosphere. Great location for shows at the amphitheater All staff were super friendly and personable especially Tony. We forgot some small items and when I called back Tony worked hard to get me my stuff back within the week.
The place, the room is clean and spacious. Heated pool is perfect for kids. Breakfast is so-so.
The staff! They are not accommodating. Once they encounter an issue, they will stop and not find solutions. I got my reservation with breakfast included and they said it doesn’t show in their system. So their system is outdated. I have to contact booking.com a night before and the next thing in the morning just to fix the breakfast issue. Tony in the front desk is not helpful and rude as well. Not good customer service. The lady that we checked in the also was rude, even when I showed her the proof that I paid for the breakfast, she keeps saying it doesn’t show in their system, she did not find a solution after that. She just gave me the room key and full stop. Aloft should hire people who knows customer service and not those rude staff that just come to work and clock out. The place is good, but the staff is 🤬
