No daily change of towels, ghost charges on CC, and a breakfast that made me vegetarian
Pros:

-Hotel rooms are not cleaned every other day, and towels were not changed daily.
-They also run a scam, and small ghost charges will appear on your credit card after check out, Recommend freezing the credit card directly after check out and settling your bill.
-Breakfast i would recommend to eat out

Good amenities, poor service
Pros:

Had to change rooms twice due to non-functioning refrigerators, with no staff support throughout:

- First room: staff took 30 minutes to respond after I reported the broken refrigerator. I'd already unpacked and had to repack.

- Second room: I had to lug all my belongings down to reception to collect the key. They also didn't verify the refrigerator worked before assigning the room — it didn't.

- Third room: when I returned to reception for the 3rd room, staff refused to check the refrigerator beforehand on the 3rd room. Told me come down again for a 4th room if needed. Luckily 3rd time was the charm.

Throughout all of this, I was carrying my luggage everywhere.

Decent for the price.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well.

Cons:

Only one type of pillow. Would be nice to have a choice of soft/firm pillows. Coffee in the Keurig cups was rather tasteless.

Pros:

Location. Large, well appointed room.

Cons:

The reception staff were not very wecoming-no smile, poor eye contact.
The room (353) was extremely noisy! The walls are thin and we could hear conversations in the adjacent rooms. Every time someone closed their room door or the stairwell door, it made a very loud noise.
The pillows were too thick and did not conform well. The bed was okay.
