Pros:

. . The rooms don't look the way they are shown in the hotel web site. The reception team were very rude and not friendly. when we told them we don't like the room because it doesn't look like in the website they told us: if you don't like it you can leave and so we did.

Thank you for making my stay comfortable. I would probably stay here again if they cheer it up..
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable.
I really liked the ancient Otis elevator. It gave the facility charm. Keep that as long as it is practically functional!
The hotel is near eating and dining options - short walk or drive.
Staff was friendly.
It's a convenient drive between San Jose and Mountain View.

Cons:

The room could use more towels.
The room could use more abstract paintings or photos or color, something. It felt like a bleak undecorated dormitory, to be honest.
Return of the deposit should be quick, not days.
Toilet flushing is super loud. Although the water pressure is great, I felt like I was waking up neighbors LOL
