Clean facility, disappointing breakfast
Pros:

Nice facility, comfy bed.

Cons:

TV didn't work. Not much variety for breakfast, not what we expected when said included breakfast.

wont stay there again
Pros:

bed was comfy and private, place was clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was ok but no coffee

Cons:

The room they put me in the ac was borken and they knew it and they didnt offer any dicscount up front i had to call the front desk and then after manager approved they did give me 50 percent off, the breakfast was ok, hard boiled eggs

Nice visit, staff is great, price was right
Pros:

Good location, pool and breakfast area is nice, front desk staff is friendly, room was clean

Cons:

A little funky, few holes in the sheets. Could use a proper paint job. Light music in the lobby would help its eerily quiet. Coffee was super weak. Used styrofoam cups, can’t be microwaved

Content but not happy customer
Pros:

The family laughed. Sweet was amazing and the discount for the climax employees for the weekly rate was awesome.

Cons:

The room had not necessarily been completely cleaned. There was dust on things and trash in the room. And the whole reason for getting that room was the height of bed couch on the main level but it had a broken bed and was unable to be slept on. So I had to sleep on the floor. Also a previous person staying the rooms animal had obviously chewed up the cord to the phone so the phone didn't work. And the AC units could not keep the room cooled off at all. Stayed a constant 72 to 78 all day long. Also, since I had to leave the hotel at 5:15 to 5:30 every morning, I was unable to take advantage of the continental breakfast. But yet I was still charged for it

My day was adequate, but I would not recommend it to anyone else.
Pros:

The people for the most part were courteous and helpful

Cons:

I needed a handicap room and the one I was provided with barely passed. The door was extremely difficult to maneuver through. The bathroom was huge, but it came equipped with a tub instead of an accessible shower. The bed was hard, which for a handicap person can be and is very painful. The air conditioner was situated so that it blew cold air all night into the face of anyone sleeping. The breakfast was not very accessible for a handicapped person. When setting up a handicap room, I would suggest that you test the room by accessing it in a wheelchair, starting outside in the hallway and going through the door and into all areas of the room

I was a great value and the staff member was very courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Location was next to the freeway. If you are trying to sleep it will not be easy. Also I had to changed my room 2 times. Bathtub clogged and second room someone has smoked. Not a good loo

It was a quick overnight stay that I had reserved a king room for but you guys ran out of king rooms and I’m pretty sure
Pros:

I got a 6th floor Mountain View room which had vaulted ceilings. Looooved this

Cons:

The bathrooms. The shower felt dirty and everything just seemed old, dated, and like the walls had 20 coats of paint on them
