Balcony was the BEST experience! The staff are sooooo friendly and we definitely felt the southern hospitality! People complain about noise, but we did great listening to our rain sounds on our phone... slept like a BABY!

Sehr gute Lage im "french quarter", ruhiges, sauberes Zimmer mit Balkon + Blick in den Innenhof (Aussenbalkon an der bourbon street wäre wegen Lärm in der Nacht nicht empfehlenswert..)
Jazz-Clubs, Mississippi-Anlege-Kai, Restaurants, french-market, Jackson square, und Aquarium alles leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

Cons:

Eintöniges, primitives Frühstück.
Seichter Pool (kaum zum Schwimmen geeignet), keine Dusche vorhanden (echtes Manko im Sommer)
Lift hatte Funktionsstörung
Hotel wirkte phasenweise verlassen (sehr wenige Gäste)

Overall, the day was good just couldn’t get up and down the elevators because they were broke
