I was very surprised of the great location and how knowledgeable the staff waas.
Pros:

Room was very clean and comfortable plus nice that ear plugs were provided if needed.

Great first time visit for my birthday
Pros:

The breakfast was a delicious part of the package and the servers were very nice. The location was ideal, no need for ride sharing. The pool was a great amenity.

Cons:

There was hair on the inside shower curtain and around the toilet. I noticed it before showering, so I was able to quickly purchase some cleaning supplies. I wiped down all high touch areas and thoroughly scrubbed the bathroom.

I will be back to stay there. I loved it.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The place was very clean the restaurant there the food was excellent. The location was perfect. It was my first time ever come to New Orleans and I’ll be staying there again whenever I come back.
