Would have been better is staf communicate with each other better

It was right in the middle of all the action but still quite

Cons:

How no one knew the elevators didn’t work on floor 5 they acted like it was a shock every time we had to call for the elevator. We did have 4 young kids with us so taking the stairs was not an option plus 1 comp small water bottle for a 4 person room is crazy

A localização muito boa, mas muito barulho dos bares da redondeza varando a madrugada.

Cons:

O atendimento no café da manhã foi ruim. No primeiro dia da hospedagem a atendente foi muito impaciente. Esperávamos um bufé de café da manhã, com sistema self service, mas era um serviço a la carte (limitado).
O problema maior foi que ela disse que nossa reserva só incluía café para duas pessoas e que teríamos de pagar, por fora, o café do nosso filho. Achamos isso um absurdo! Estamos acostumados a viajar com nosso filho (hoje com 21 anos) e isso nunca aconteceu. Fizemos reserva para 3 pessoas, e dizia claramente no sistema da Booking que o café da manhã estava incluído. Já o hotel informou que só dava direito a café para duas pessoas. Isso foi um transtorno horrível, logo no primeiro dia de estadia. Por fim, depois de muito desgaste o hotel aceitou incluir o café para nosso filho, mas ressaltando que era uma cortesia.
O outro inconveniente muito ruim foi o barulho devido ao som altíssimo dos bares e boates da Rua Bourbon, passando das 2 da madrugada. Dormir impossível. Eles deveriam dizer isso no momento da reserva.

I was disappointed with a 150 for parking and running up and down stairs at 58 years old

Emplacement idéal. En plein cœur du vieux quartier et proche des restaurants, bars et boutiques. Personnel bienveillant. Hôtel parfaitement insonorisé. Le bruit de la rue bourbon n'est pas perceptible de l'intérieur.

Cons:

Formule unique de petit déjeuner pour l'option pdj inclus. A préciser lors de la réservation.

This was a great stay for our family. Views were great! Valet was easy to use :) I recommend!
Pros:

Enjoyed the proximity to many attractions and nightlife. My family enjoyed that the FIFA World Cup was being aired in the lobby-we caught parts of the game as we passed by throughout the day. I also enjoyed the flavored water in the lobby by the bar-- refreshing after the hot walks outside.

Cons:

I was not a fan of the showerhead but the rest of my fam did not complain. I did not like that the windows were dirty inside and out. In one of our rooms, the curtain was torn from where someone pulled the open or closed too fast against the corner of the windowsill.

It was an experience to say the least. Bourbon Street was not as expected.
Pros:

Nice place. Elevator was broken, so there was a wait at times to get up or down.
