Great FQ hotel, spendy; not for the bougie at heart.
Pros:

The staff was amazing, location was right in the middle of the French Quarter mix we were looking for!

The concierge was fantastic; we had a great time on our excursions.

Cons:

My party has mixed reviews on the food. So we agreed the breakfast was basic and plain; please the masses and those of us that are bougie will have to deal. No parking and overpriced valet (per day).

Pros:

Location is amazing, pool is lovely. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and I received a lovely gift of some cheesecake, a card and some breakfast vouchers as it was my birthday. Much appreciated.

Cons:

Breakfast. The included breakfast ( vouchers for us ) the quality is good but you don’t get a lot of it.
We paid for and ordered room service breakfast for my birthday morning and that came in take out boxes so kind of ruined the whole 4 star service for us as I’d have preferred it to have been plated. This was the only downside to our stay.

Long weekend in NOLA
Pros:

Location was great. Our room was nice, clean and had a refrigerator. The bathroom was nice, very small and the water pressure in the shower was not strong. We paid extra for a balcony. Luckily we brought chairs. The chairs were ok but very small. No table. Front desk was ok. The greeting lady, security, was very nice and welcoming. The valet were very nice.

The property is well maintained and the entire staff is amazing they were extremely courteous.

Cons:

The bed I was in had this lump in it& made it uncomfortable to sleep.

Pros:

Best spot for bourbon street fun and all the French Quarter history! Second trip was amazing can’t wait to plan my third one will always be back to this location! Staff and door security are amazing and helpful as well!
