We will consider staying there again. Reasonable, good clean facility. Nothing really "stand-out".
Pros:

Ideally located for our needs. Decent facility and very clean overall. Room was nice, clean and met all basic requirements.

Cons:

Desk clerk was NOT responsive when we got there. He was on the phone and left us waiting, unacknoweledged for some time before actually helping us. Elevator service could have been better and the ground floor area of the elevator was well used. Were surprised that there was no included continental breakfast, minimally.

Cons:

I was blindsided by having to pay an additional $75 deposit upon check in that I was never informed was necessary neither by booking or the property until I was standing at the desk checking in. My trip was budgeted very tightly and it was a huge problem and it forced me to borrow money last minute to cover the expense.

Coffee maker in the room but no creamer or sugar.

Breakfast advertised but then informed it was not included.

Enjoyed our stay outside of having to evacuate the building at 6am

So professional and pleasant.

Cons:

I hate the fact that we were woke up up at 6am due to fire alarms going off. Because some idiots were smoking on the 4th floor.

It was overall a fair stay
Pros:

It was comfortable

Cons:

One of the staff members that worked at the front desk, (a man),had put a cone in one of the parking spots. When my family and I left the hotel at night to grab dinner at a nearby restaurant, we saw him pull out and asked if he would be exiting the spot. He yelled at us.. stating, “that’s my spot!”. It was scary. He later apologized but the experience was very unsettling.
