Outdated cramped and small. Holes and rips in the carpet blood stains on the bed sheets Just disgusting. Stinking cigarette smoke kept us awake. Staff called us at 1 AM saying cigarette smoke was coming from our room. That was plain ignorance I don’t smoke period. Very unprofessional.

Free breakfast buffet was one of the best we've ever had. We had an issue with an extremely loud party in the room next door. The front desk was very helpful and moved us to a different floor and room. Hotel location was very close to the Biltmore Estate. If ever back in the area, we would definitely book there again.

We requested an accessible room and it was confirmed. When we got there it was not available making it impossible to stay there. The room wasn’t clean, the facility looked old and tired. We want a refund.
