It was only a one-night stay, but if I ever return to Asheville, I will stay there again
Pros:

My daughter left her headphones in the room when we left. For the first time ever after leaving something in a hotel room, I was contacted and they offered to return the headphones. Very considerate

Breakfast not starting until 7:00 a.m. would make it difficult if I was traveling for work. Breakfast room was small for the amount of guests

busy stay in Asheville . It helped the visit go smoothly.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the breakfast attendant was friendly and did an excellent job keeping everything stocked and helping folks.
We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub especially after a busy day.
The air conditioning was nice and cool and I appreciated being able to adjust it myself. The mini fridge was nice, too.
The ladies who cleaned the room were also very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Elevator was slow, seemed like the building should have had two elevators.
Ran out of clean towels/bathmat and wasn’t sure how to get more at night.
Was on a very busy street on a sharp curve.
