It was a decent place for the night but a extended stay would not be comfortable

Convenient location to airport and the room was very nice.

Cons:

The staff at restaurant was not very fast or helpful. The Bed was way too soft

The shuttle supposedly runs every 1/2 hour. The wait at the airport pickup area was right at 1 hour

Pros:

Great location. Nice hotel room.

Cons:

You can hear everything in room. There was a group partying in lobby yelling until 200am. They never stopped or quited down. For the money that wasn’t ok.

Besides the check-in, the rest of my stay was positive and enjoyable.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room setup was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and very comfortable. Everything was well organized and convenient, from the furniture placement to the amenities provided. The cleanliness was especially impressive. It is always reassuring to stay somewhere that takes such pride in presentation and guest comfort. I would gladly stay here again the next time I have a flight out of Charlotte.

Cons:

The check-in experience left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately, the front desk staff came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming which initially set a disappointing tone after traveling all day. While the room and property were exceptional, better customer service at check-in would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
