Newly renovated room was very nice.
When I got to the hotel I was a little concerned as the hotel looked old and dated. But the room was updated and the hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent and helpful.
Great stay but the hotel really needs a facelift, carpeting and furniture but I will say everyone super nice and very very clean! It looks like they are refurbishing.
Everyone was so nice especially Xavier.

The Sheraton is in an excellent location with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance, making it a great base for exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, and the staff was friendly and professional throughout our stay.
The only drawbacks were that the parking is a bit of a walk from the hotel, which can be inconvenient when you have luggage, and the hotel tends to be very busy, especially during peak hours. Despite these minor inconveniences, I would still recommend staying here because of its outstanding location and easy access to everything nearby.
The beds were comfortable I slept on the pull out and had and amazing sleep when I was there. Location was perfect right across from venue for dance comp.
A few times when we’re at the pool there wasn’t any towels when we first got there and then some were brought in while swimming.
We had a great experience. They even did a little something extra since we were getting married! The pool and aquarium was awesome, a little. Lousy though overall great experience!
Elevator is pretty far from the room. No microwave. Ice maker broke. Awful smell in the halls.
Other than the lengthy wait for my room, it was a great experience. The hotel had restaurant, arcade, Starbucks, pool, exercise facility, etc. all within the hotel. Also, the casino was across the street, outdoor entertainment was on the lawn with several concession stands. The Falls was almost in walking distance. My room was a good size and clean. The only noise I heard was in my room.

It was a nice standard stay. Not much by way of food but the bar and bartenders sure made up for it.
The pool and jacuzzi were great. A little loud because of young kids but to be expected. Check in staff friendly and helpful
Concierge was not helpful at all about nearby eating establishments. Got more assistance from check in staff. Apparently his job is just to sell excursions
The bed was quite comfortable and the staff was also very friendly and helpful. Only small issue about my room was there was some toilet paper flowing in the toilet upon my arrival. Not sure if that was from the housekeeping cleaning the toilet, but forgot to flush. Anyhow, I wouldn't say that looked good. The hotel provides 2 washers and 2 dryers for the guests to use for free. They also provide laundry detergent. One of the dryers has a hole in the inner drum though. The location of the hotel is pretty good. Walking distance to the national park and there are a few restaurants on Old Falls Street so it's fairly convenient. The hotel is an older building, so you do hear the noise from outside or the hallway from time to time.
