Wonderfully quiet room, bed was really comfortable and room was clean.
Pros:

Not noisy at all from traffic, quiet inside room, close to hiking parks, swimming pool

Cons:

Needs some upkeep in areas outside to look a little more inviting…such as pool area. Our window was broken.
