Clean, although cleaning supplies smelled strongly. Nice bedding.
Pros:

Wish they had bacon and whole grain options

It rained profusely and the back canopied entrance had a key pad that was not functioning.

If you looking for great basic accommodations at great price then give them a try! You won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

Everything was great. I’ve stayed here in years past and I could tell things had been updated and were still in process of updating. Beds and bedding were very very comfy. Showers have been very nicely updated. Asked for early check in and was easily granted.

Cons:

Only reason did not give across the board 10s was because of 3 minor flaws.
1) ice machine didn’t work on our floor but small trek down the stairs right around corner to next floor did not seem too much of inconvenience.
2) as I stated they were still in process of updating the property and the hall way had a strong paint smell (only in our hallway - could not smell inside our room luckily)
3) and also had an ugly eyesore construction dumpster in the parking lot as you enter the property. However it did not affect parking as the main entrance is on the back side of the hotel.
Very centrally located to a lot of what Nashville has to offer. Will definitely choose to stay here next time.

Pros:

Chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Breakfast area is small and worn. Breakfast offers were just okay.

Not what I expected for a hotel in Brentwood, Tennessee. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Close to local places to eat and the interstate. Easy to get to. Looked very nice on the exterior, but that was all that was good.

Cons:

The hotel was not really clean. The hallways were dirty, haven’t been vacuumed in a while. The elevator was broken and our room was on the 4th floor. Glad we are healthy enough to do stairs as this was not communicated to us when we were booking the hotel. The room was okay, bathroom could use a little updating with paint and some patchwork to places on the wall. Breakfast was mediocre. Keep waiting for more eggs to be brought out, but none ever came. Never saw an employee to tell them what we needed. Way too overpriced for what we got!!!
Will not stay at this property again.

I have stayed here several times and I expected more.
Pros:

It was a convenient location.

Cons:

Disappointed that the floors in the hallway were filthy and the breakfast was not replenished. They only had apples as a fruit and I felt a bigger variety would have been better. The elevator was not working for the first couple of days so it was difficult only because I have a disability.
