Great hotel and the absolute best staff.
Pros:

The staff is soooo friendly. Southern hospitality at its finest!! Checkin/out was quick and easy. Our room was good. Breakfast was really good. I of course had biscuits and gravy, which is my favorite breakfast food, though I'm not allowed to eat it anymore, but I did this trip 😂. The location was great for me. Off the main drag and quiet. Kroger right next door which was helpful for a few snacks and waters for the trip. We walked around and found a path across the street that led to a little area of a park next to the creek where people were fishing, so that was nice. We were there for Dollywood and area fun, which we had. It was a nice stay. The beds were very comfortable!! Thank you all, our stay was a lot of fun.

Cons:

The garbage can at the back door should be moved away from the door more. It's way too close to the door/building with all the flies around it.

Everything ran smoothly.

Cons:

They could not give me a receipt for my stay as it was booked through Booking.com. Never received a receipt from Booking.com, I think because they used an outdated email address for me. My current email is drfoster@benlomand.net it would be nice to get a receipt to give to my employer as this was a business trip.

Great hotel for family!
Pros:

The location was great, the breakfast was super good, the 24 hour pool was awesome. Our patio room was in the perfect location to the pool and to breakfast.

Cons:

We moved rooms due to staying an extra night and realized that the elevator was extremely slow. I am not sure if this could be fixed, but from 10-11 (prime time), it became a bit of an annoyance. You just would want to plan around this.
