I would not stay there again. Better hotels for cheaper prices in the area.

No complimentary water in room, no coffee/tea in room. Tiny shampoo bottle. Me and my son had to share the only bath towel in the room. I thought it was all poor value for the price.

Cons:

The hallways to get to the room are darker. They have move sensors but turn up after few steps in darkness. Paint and carpet in dark colors make look dark.

Great staff, highly recommend
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at HD8 Hotel Milano.

The room was stylish and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony on the 10th floor (Room 1005) offering an amazing view over Milan.

The location is excellent, right next to Milano Centrale and perfectly situated for exploring the city.

What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. The staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making customers feel comfortable and valued.

I would especially like to thank Lorenzo De Simone at reception. During my check-out, he demonstrated outstanding professionalism, kindness, and authenticity. What impressed me most was his ability to have an open and honest conversation while making me feel completely heard and respected. It is rare to meet someone in hospitality like him, so approachable, genuine, and confident in engaging with customers from different backgrounds and perspectives.

Lorenzo left a lasting positive impression on me and is a true credit to HD8 Hotel Milano. Thank you to him and the entire team for making my stay so memorable.

I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

Hotel in guter Lage, Empfangspersonal sehr freundlich, schönes und modernes Zimmer.

Cons:

Duschen sehr schwierig, Wasser entweder kalt oder brühend heiß! Frühstück von 07 - 11 Uhr, um 10 Uhr war das Buffet quasi leer! Das unfreundliche und unmotivierte Frühstückspersonal zeigte sich trotz zahlreicher Gäste wenig bemüht Abhilfe zu schaffen. Für diese Leistung zu teuer!
