Spacious, clean, modern hotel proved to be an excellent value.
Pros:

The hotel was located in a safe, convenient location. The hotel was spacious and relatively modern. Very clean and welcoming appearance. No funny smells! Excellent value. We did not stay for the free breakfast nor experience any of the amenities because we had to check out very early in the AM. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Cons:

The AC unit (or its fan) was super LOUD. If we weren't so tired we would have requested another room, plus it was relatively cool out at night so we just opened the window.

Very happy for the week long vacation. I would do it again!
Pros:

Room was close to front- easy to walk to, the breakfast was long enough that I could sleep without setting an alarm to get breakfast-Thank-you! The bed was very comfortable and I have a severe back injury-Thank you again!

Cons:

Using individual milk cartons and offering chocolate milk also would be nice. The lady staff stood at the kitchen door watching the people eat and never smiling was kind of uncomfortable. I chose to eat in my room because of it.

Close to the airport good for one or two nights
Pros:

The bed was good as was the shower and the television worked fine. It was quiet.

Cons:

Location is a little strange surrounded by office buildings. You have to take a long walk to find any restaurants. The breakfast in the morning was ok….room is drab,no carpet…place in general is in need of being refreshed.guy who checked me in was a bit brusque.

Some pluses, but the minuses would make the hotel difficult to recommend.
Pros:

For a hotel breakfast, the breakfast was pretty good! And the lobby and breakfast area were modern and lovely.

Cons:

The room (one King plus sofa bed) was strangely un-furnished. It seemed to be missing a large rug and an armchair or two. This gave the room a bit of a creepy feel.

The room was so close to the freeway that there was car/truck traffic noise all through the night.

The bathtub had suffered some sort of coating damage, so it was unsightly and somewhat unpleasant to use.

We enjoyed our stay very much and we will recommend this location to anyone going to Madison.
Pros:

It was the quietest hotel I’ve ever stayed in(despite the number of people). It didn’t smell musty like a lot of hotels.

Cons:

Breakfast was good except it was barely warm.
