Pros:

朝食は充実、ロケーションは良いです。

Cons:

客室の設備が古めです。日本人には当たり前となったウォシュレットトイレではない点は、特に慣れている人にとっては不満だと思います。
フロントの対応は良いのですが、レストランのスタッフは少し冷ややかな感じです（よい意味では無干渉）

Value for money, safe, close to all main things in the city.
Pros:

Close to center with different public transport stops nearby and such a price is value for money.

Cons:

There can be some louder activity on the street in the middle of the night - if you open windows, it can get noisy.

Nice location, nice room.
Pros:

The room that we get was comfy. The hotel was in a central location with accessible public transportation.

Cons:

The air conditioning system was old with an analog controller. The water in the washbasin was taking time to empty.

Cons:

A lakosztályként eladott szobában szennyezett, konkrétan koszos szőnyeg, szakadt függöny fogadott. A nyílászáró használhatatlan volt.
A bejelentkezés hosszú és körülményes volt. Alapvető információkat nem kaptam meg. A legfontosabb az volt, hogy a ,,kaució” miatt rögzítésre kerüljön a bankkártyám.
Utólag kértem a reggelit, amit a bejelentkezéskor kifizettettek velem, majd másnap reggel újra fel akarták terhelni a szobára. Magyarázkodnom kellett, hogy már előző nap kifizettem.

there are better 4*-hotels in this area (with same price level)
Pros:

location, but there are many other better hotels in this area

Cons:

room - especially the bath-room - too cold, even when a/c switched off
noise from the street after midnight and early in the morning (construction work)
breakfast for a 4*-hotel disappointing, ie cold eggs (if available), slowly refill
long queue at check/inn
one evening no electricity in room
to go to the room you have to pass the bar (where it was extremely cold)
fitness-centre (bicycle didn't work)
carpet in the room
it was my birthday, I got a small bottle of champagne from the hotel (with 2 glasses - as a single traveller!!), and not drinking alcohol, it's the same as you give cigarettes to a non-smoker (this was very disrespectful and for me a no-go!)
