This is a well-done budget hotel.
* The rooms are clean and in good shape (e.g., no cracked or moldy tile).
* Breakfast is above average as compared to other hotels in this category. They didn't have waffles or yogurt; but, they did have eggs and sausage. (Other hotels in this category just have cereal and pre-packaged pastries.)
* We especially appreciated the friendly staff (both in the evening and the following morning).
There was only one thing we would like to see improved:
* The beds were not nearly as comfortable as those at a mid-tier hotel. That wasn't a problem for our one-night stopover, but could be an issue if were were staying for several days.
Overall, we were satisfied and would use this hotel for a one-night stopover when driving south -- for the right price.
(I say "for the right price", because even though the hotel was clean and friendly, it was a bit pricy for what you get. In our opinion, it's not quite enough cheaper than the nearby mid-tier hotels to justify the difference in quality. To be fair, the taxes are part of the problem: The hotel's sticker price felt like a good value, But once you added 15% in taxes, it feels like we overpaid a little.)
The lady at the front desk was rude and she lied she automatically had a problem after I already paid for my room instead of letting me pay she could’ve just turned me around but instead the entire time I stayed she always had something rude to say

Trying to get in touch with booking.com or app using Ai couldn't get thru to anyone that I checked out on 16th wondering about my refund for 1 night stay
The stay was affordable. Quality complimentary American breakfast and decent staff. The rooms are comfy and fairly clean. I would not use the rather small pool but I am certain guests appreciate that this facility has a pool. Overall I liked my stay.
I did not like the pool area because of the size of the pool or the area itself. I found the staff to be kind and professional.
