The bed was comfortable and pillows were plentiful. The whole place had a strong smell. Our room smelled like lilacs which in a small room goes a long way. Didn't appreciate it. Lots of options for food and shopping close by.
The smells were overwhelming.
The host was super nice. The rooms were big and overall it was clean on the bed. It has a nice clean pool that’s heated.

I did not like the cockroach that I saw at 2:30 Am on my first night that we were there . I don’t like 5 children / adults in the next room being loud and slamming doors at 2 am waking me up on Sunday morning . The pillow had a stain on it . Didn’t look clean .

Majority great staff, surprisingly good internet for a hotel, and even with the renovations I didn’t have any complaints regarding noise or cleanliness :)
Every member of staff is great except for one, I didn’t catch her name since I’m not the type to complain usually, but the middle aged white woman who works the desk sometimes (didn’t see her on my first stay here, only my most recent) was consistently short and slightly rude to me. Plus there was never coffee at night if she was working :(
