Everything was perfect. Justin is the absolute best! He helped with everything that I needed. Literally the sweetest person ever, he didn’t hesitate to tell me anything. My stay was amazing thanks to him!

Cucarachas en la habitación / Cockroaches in the room/
Pros:

Cucarachas en la habitación.
El estado limpieza es pésimo, la ropa de cama terrible, manchada o sucia.
Los colchones no son nada confortables.
El baño sucio, percudido, fatal.
El aire es un ruido fuertisimo
El personal de recepción amable pero no resuelven nada, ninguna solicitud nuestra, fue resuelta (toallas que faltaban, aseo en la habitación, etc)
El desayuno incluido, deja mucho que desear: alimentos fríos, las mesas sucias, el personal de servicio no es nada atento.
En general, es un hotel de carretera con poco o nada de servicio y atención al cliente y las instalaciones son viejas.

Cockroaches in the room.

The state of cleanliness is terrible, the bed linen terrible, stained or dirty.

The mattresses are not comfortable at all.

The bathroom is dirty, percud, fatal.

The air is a very loud noise

The reception staff was friendly but they didn't solve anything, none of our requests was resolved (towels that were missing, toilet in the room, etc.)

The breakfast included, leaves a lot to be desired: cold food, dirty tables, the service staff is not at all attentive.

In general, it is a roadside hotel with little or no service and customer service and the facilities are old.
