It was good.
Pros:

Hotel is right at the center of Ilulissat. Room was clean, basic but well equipped, we were nicely surprised. Staff is nice and trying to help. Breakfast was good, with lots of vegetables :)

Cons:

Staff seems quite confused sometimes, they messed up our departure transfer in the morning ,but luckily their driver was there, so we got the ride.

Pros:

We booked this hotel because our flight was cancelled. It was our second time stay at the hotel. They also have plenty of seats in lobby if you have to wait there.

Cons:

Our transfer (which supposed to be included) was completely forgotten! They put it on the paper and when the reception staff was leaving they said, I don't know if the driver comes, if not call yourself a taxi. Nobody came of course but we didn't want to pay taxi if the transfer supposed to be free of charge. We had to wait another half an hour to get a driver. No apology or anything. Really strange.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel — it was actually more comfortable than we expected. The rooms are simple and minimalist, but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is very convenient, and the hotel is a very good option for the price.
The breakfast was sufficient, and we could have a good breakfast. A big plus is the airport transfer to and from the hotel. The staff were friendly and pleasant. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Exceeded Expectations
Pros:

I loved Hotel Nuka. While the rooms are a bit small and you will have trouble opening anything larger than a carry-on suitcase in the room, the fact there is a kitchenette with mini-fridge offers more value than you’d expect. The front desk is part time, but they are very nice, especially Anel. Their private shuttle service to/from the airport is also fantastic. The breakfast here is better than at the Best Western Hotel Ilulissat in my opinion, and the chef from Thailand is such a sweetheart for making us a fresh fried rice! Definitely loved staying here!

Cons:

Small rooms, so be mindful to only bring a carry-on size bag. The front desk staff is also only part-time.

在市中心，买东西、吃饭、找旅行社去码头都超级方便。早饭不错，免费接送机，有简易的厨房设备，方便自己简单做一顿饭。有个小电梯，这点对于我们携带大件行李很方便

Not enough commitment of the hotel about shuttle service
Pros:

Rooms and small kitchen are OK. Cooking equipment is limited but allows to cook pasta or other very simple things.

Cons:

Hotel didn't honored the check out shuttle and we had to take a taxi in order not to be late to our next meeting point. The hotel shuttle had however been booked several days ahead, and confirmed the day before. At agreed departure time, the staff at the desk could not give precise information about when the hotel shuttle would come back and if we would be on time. The staff advised to take a Taxi instead of the hotel shuttle. The hotel refused to reimburse the taxi.

Overall okay
Pros:

Location, kitchen facilities, room is big. Breakfast included at Cafe Nuka, opposite. Staff friendly and helpful, right choice to employ Filipinos, shuttle service included.

Cons:

Poor wifi connection, it’s hut, no lift but staff can help if needed. Coffee at Cafe Nuka is not good.

Overnight stay
Pros:

Due to flight cancellation we grabbed a room at the last minute here. They were very accommodating and the motel had everything we needed for a short stay.

Pros:

La ubicación. Y que nos dejaron dejar las maletas hasta que salimos. Y que nos fueran y nos llevarán al aeropuerto.

Cons:

La cama plegable incómoda y la ducha. No hay plato de ducha, es el suelo. El desayuno estaba bien pero cuando íbamos faltaban salchichas y queso. El camarero estaba poco atento a reponer lo que faltaba. La camarera sí.
