Could not find reservation
Did not have room or reservation, I even had a text message from the hotel saying I was good
It was very clean
The person that checks us in, didn’t tell us how to to the room or that we need cards for breakfast in morning, I overheard someone asked for breakfast cards. but when I ask for the cards I was told they ran out and that we would not need it that We just needed to give the number if they requested the cards. Then in the morning the lady at the omelette bar ask for the card and I told her what the front counter said and she didn’t believe me. She gave me a weird look. I was very embarrassed. She didn’t even ask the people behind me for their passes for breakfast. I gave my room number and she ask me if I had the room key. Very awkward moment.
Spacious lobby
Ants all over the room
Nice clean room, very helpful staff
The breakfast was great they need to add bacon
The pool was closed and only one elevator was working
The breakfast and happy hour are good
Only 1 of 3 elevator worked. Room was full of ants and their solution was to leave a vacuum in the room so we could vacuum them up. Staff was not very friendly. The pool was closed even though online said it would be open.
Absolutely terrible experience. 1 out of 3 elevators working, garbage cans overflowing, poor water pressure, no hot water only luke warm, pool closed, parking gates broken, lobby unwelcoming, rude night staff.
Location
Construction, going on in the hotel, I was two minutes late for breakfast and couldn't get breakfast
Most of the staff was friendly, especially the house keepers and maintenance people, breakfast omelettes are good.
Only one elevator out of 3 was working, hotel was booked full so this was a major inconvenience, took upwards of 10 minutes each time. Ice machines were not working on 6 of the 8 floors including mine. I booked an accessibility room and was put on the 8th floor, which with only 1 elevator was a major inconvenience. Garbage cans on the grounds remained full the entire weekend. Lobby was not a welcoming area like it has been on previous stays, they closed the lobby at 10pm, which was not mentioned anywhere on the booking page, and 10pm closing really means the disgruntled night staff asked us to leave at 9:45. It was nice last year to be able to relax in the lobby with the adults after 10pm once the kids all went to bed, this year we didn't have that. Hot water on the 8th floor took 10+ minutes before it worked, and even then it was just warm, not hot. Pool was closed, which was also not mentioned on the booking page when I booked. Parking gates were not working, so lines backed up and people were frustrated, this made getting in and out of the hotel way more difficult than necessary, especially since we were all charged for parking, that was in fact not secure or had functional gates. Water pressure was terrible in the showers. One guy told me the elevators have been broken for over 6 months, which for a multi million dollar company is just outrageous.
Shower was never very hot. And it took a long time to get warm. Bypass from tub faucet was not working. Mirror was damaged in hallway.
The room was nice and it fit us all well, but we came for the amenities and they all disappointed.
Pool was ice cold and hot tub was not full. There was construction going on above us that woke us up in the morning. The housekeeper walked into our room when we were all sleeping, thinking that it was an empty room. Parking is an extra $25. Only one of the three elevators was working and so it took us 30 minutes to go down on an elevator with our bags.
The stay was great, happy hour and breakfast are definitely the selling points for this one!
I didn't like being woken up by the fire alarms
