Comfortable
Pros:

The proximity to the airport was helpful for us, so we could turn in the rental car that evening (avoiding the overnight parking fee) and just take the shuttle in the morning. We appreciated having the pool available. We also enjoyed our evening meal in the atrium, watching the FIFA World Cup game. They have an evening reception with free beverages, which was a helpful addition to our meal. The rooms were comfortable and quiet - the bedrooms being insulated enough from the activities in the atrium.

Nice room, but needs improvement
Pros:

The check in process was easy, the room was clean and comfortable. Vent situation makes prominent whooshing sound in the living room area near the door (unavoidable because of hotel design), but rooms were quiet. Our telephone in the room didn't work, so when I tried to get them to refill soap dispenser, had to go downstairs, but housekeeping promptly delivered the soap in 5 minutes. Was going to partake in the evening 2 free drink reception, but missed it by 10 min, and was rudely notified of this by the evening gentleman at the bar (someone else said "guy working at the bar hates his life and everyone", yes spot on! Morning breakfast included, made to order omelettes were the highlight, but the other items were no better than any cheap chain hotel. And the parking is outrageous at $25, too much for this location! For a premium offering I was disappointed in everything but the room.

Only Hotels ft. Trey the GOAT
Pros:

After escaping what felt like the hotel version of a true crime documentary, arriving at Embassy Suites was a breath of fresh air.

From the moment I walked through the doors, Trey made me feel genuinely welcome. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were just the tip of the iceberg. Every interaction left me feeling like I was in good hands, and he consistently went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

It’s rare to come across someone with such an outstanding attitude and such impressive customer service. The level of hospitality was hard to beat.

There was one unexpected surprise during my stay that certainly wasn’t part of the standard room package, but Trey handled the situation with such grace and professionalism that it honestly became part of the story rather than part of the problem. Some hotels leave you disappointed; this one just left me with an unforgettable experience and a hilarious tale to tell.

Embassy Suites should be proud to have Trey leading the evening team. He turned what could have been an awkward situation into one that was handled flawlessly, with professionalism and genuine care.

If every hotel had a Trey, the hospitality industry would be standing a little taller.

Hotel is nice, the staff is hit or miss.
Pros:

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and big enough for me and my large family. The free breakfast was good. The staff fixed my issues I had checking in that they caused and comped my parking for the inconvenience.

Cons:

When I first tried checking in they said my room wasnt ready even though it was 4 pm and check in was 4, tried giving me a smaller room with less beds and I said no I would wait because i needed the extra pull out couch due to me having my 6 kids. Guy working the counter said he would call me when our room was ready said itd be maybe 30 minutes.

I went to set outside with my 6 kids and literally an hour and a half went by and I seen the guy who said he would call me get in his car and leave. So I went in asking why no one had called me and come to find out dude just forgot and didnt tell anyone I was waiting.

The lady helping me after was super apologetic and trying to get us in to our room quickly as it had been ready for over an hour at that point, even though it still wasn't the time promised, but she double charged me even though I showed her I had prepaid on Booking.com and wouldnt let me check in if I didnt pay, so I had to call customer support, and the guy who helped me was an angel and called them and fixed it and made them take off the second charge.

Love Embassy Suites, but will look for another option to stay during our next trip.
Pros:

Breakfast met our needs

Cons:

We couldn’t get our room temperature below 71 degrees.
Breakfast ended at 0900 sharp. The workers closed everything. They could have left coffee available longer.

Cons:

I cold day before I arrived to verify that construction on Hotel would not affect the pool of breakfast.. i was told they would not be affected, but the hot tub was broken. When I arrived the next day the pool had a closed sign on it. I was looking forward to th a t and it was not available.

Staff could care less clients were happy or not. They charge for the shuttle from the airport.
Happy hour was very mediocre
Chairs were torn and worn everywhere. Not a good look, and very uncomfortable.
Used towels were on the floor when we arrived in our room
