Cons:

On aurait bien aimé avoir une diversité de plats béninois au dîner sinon rien à dire🥰 et aussi ce serait bien d’avoir un petit aperçu de chaque plat sur le menu

Un séjour exceptionnel, au-delà de nos attentes !
Pros:

Nous avons énormément apprécié notre séjour. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel, la chambre était confortable et très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et l'emplacement idéal pour visiter la région.

Cons:

Honnêtement, nous n'avons rien à reprocher. Tout s'est très bien passé et a même dépassé nos attentes. Continuez ainsi !

The place was serene. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The staff are not very helpful with complaints. Some come off as rude, there's also some sort of bias towards white people. The menu needs more options too. I believe people make your stay memorable, not just the environment.

Satisfying stay
Pros:

I liked the ambience. The sea and lake. We also visited at a low peak period with less tourists

Cons:

No gym.
There were no other entertainments for someone with kids and staying long.
Also, the food could cater for various nationalities

It was a pleasant experience.
Pros:

The room was cleaned and well maintained, and we love the daily housekeeping service, including the fresh bedding and attention to detail.
The environment was also clean, relaxing, and well maintained throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was very enjoyable, with a good variety of options.
The staffs were professional, welcoming, attentive, and the manager in the food section was especially helpful which made the experience even more pleasant.

Cons:

The hotel’s location made transportation somewhat challenging, as it was often difficult to secure taxis for our planned activities and outings. In addition, WiFi access was limited to the reception and restaurant areas, and having connectivity available in guest rooms would greatly improve the overall experience for guests.

We also noticed tiny crabs in the pool during the evening, which unfortunately prevented us from enjoying the facility at that time. Greater attention to pool maintenance and cleanliness would certainly make this amenity more appealing and comfortable for guests.

Pros:

Nous venos chaque année a Casa del papa, une valeur sure, il y a tout sur place pour se sentir bien, les enfants sont ravis, le cadre est magnifique, le personnel agréable et avec la nouvelle route l'accès est beaucoup plus facile, nous reviendrons c'est sur!

Magnifique complexe, carte variee et tres bon petit dejeuner, superbe piscine et vue sur ner. Le personnel est aussi tres professionnel et acceuillant.

Cons:

Pas bcp d'equipement dans les chambres, pour le prix,, un frigo et une bouilloire c'est la base, peu importe le standing de la chambre car meme les basiques coutent cher.
