Great location and a comfortable base to explore from.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable

Cons:

The breakfast was not good! Poor choice, cold plates so food went cold. After day one we went out for breakfast and didn’t go for a steak as we didn’t rate the catering standards.

the location and the quietness at night.

Cons:

the bar next to pool only opened in the afternoon
water wasn't filled each day, and had to fill it up with tapped water
A filtered water tank for everyone to refill on each level might be a great solution, like in the old days there were ice venting machines in motels on each floor:)

If you are staying in Cairns look at another hotel.
Pros:

Staff were very good, breakfast was good, and the location was excellent.

Cons:

Towels were stained and dirty, the replacement towels were stained and dirty too. Pool doesn’t look like the pictures, its not a 5 star hotel at all, expensive, limited facilities, and showing its age.

For $345 per night and an additional $38.00 for the breakfast buffet, this isn’t value for money. The staff was helpful,

Cons:

Room was poorly cleaned, with rubbish in the hallway on the floors.
Breakfast buffet was a 2 out of 10. Food was very average and wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I arrived at 7am and floors hadn’t been cleaned or swept from the night before.

Awesome,
Pros:

The Location was awesome, close to shopping, restaurants and the marina.
Room had a nice view and was very comfortable.
Staff very friendly and always willing to help.
Overall a really nice stay.

Cons:

Cant find anything we didnt like.
