Pros:

The room layout and views, and the location, made for a wonderful easy and beautiful stay

Cons:

The weird room keys were hard to use to get off at L1, and to get to L1 from L3 took a lot of concentration after happy hour. The switches for the lights were tricky, and no reading lamp in the beds was an oversight

We love our stay, looking forward to next year!
Pros:

The location is the best. The building is a great piece of architecture. The staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. We are repeat guests. It has a very good restaurant attached to it.

Cons:

It's time for the dressing gowns to be updated.

Pros:

Lovely comfortable hotel, super central to all the things we wanted to see in Cairns and easy for tour pickups. We walked everywhere easily. Breakfast was great value and had delicious cocktails at Pachamama!

Cons:

Overall it was really lovely. My only complaint is that there were no power points near the bed for chargers. There were usb-a ports which felt very retro and work if you have that cord but I feel like it's less common. A normal power point would have solved all the problems!
