Pros:

Tutto veramente bello, accogliente e pulito. Tutto lo staff (reception, bar, sala, piscina) gentile e accogliente.
Piscina e spa rilassanti e curate
Cibo super!

Cons:

In generale nulla.
Se proprio proprio, segnalerei da migliorare: il set doccia in stanza (2 bustine sono poche) e i bottoni per attivare le postazioni idromassaggio tanto lontani dalle postazioni stesse

Ho fatto diversi trattamenti con una ragazza dai capelli rossi bravissima , attenta e disponibile mi ha regalato una esperienza sensoriale a 360 gradi

Cappuccino etc ma soprattutto una cameriera che nn dava assistenza e si rivolgeva in modo sgarbato e saccente ho notato che anche altri clienti hanno avuto la medesima impressione

Appallingly bad value for money in tired hotel with poor service

Cons:

Wrong beds in room. Food the worst in 25 years of visiting Italy, poorly cooked no variety. Room had no air con. No kettle until we asked then they charged per day!!!! Safe not useable. No laundry facilities. Over priced compared to other similar ones.

Soggiorno stupendo sotto ogni aspetto!

Hotel molto bello, personale molto gentile e accogliente pronto a chiarire ogni dubbio! Piscine pulitissime e molto belle, spa altrettanto bella, abbiamo provato anche il massaggio di coppia e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Cibo squisito con ampia scelta sia nella colazione che ai pasti con possibilità di fare bis di primi o scegliere ma comunque tutto squisito!
Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!
Insomma direi super soddisfatti!!

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto i pulsanti per attivare gli idromassaggi non sono comodi essendo un po distanti da essi devi spostarti per attivarli
