Great location, 15 minutes close to the airport. The staff all is friendly kind and helpful and Bapak Novan at the reception ,thank you for the last minutes help to arrage me trasport to the airport.

The fridge had not been turned on so my food went off. When I mentioned nine I checked out I was told “oh we do t turn the fridges on”! Why not????

The staff were the star of the hotel. Friendly. Helpful. Prompt.
The main lobby was not air-cond by design. It can get a bit stuffy and humid especially in the afternoon when the air was still.
The attentiveness from the team and location. If your activity in Kuta area, this is very strategic location. Even to go to Nusa Dua only took me 30 minutes. The most outstanding is the proactiveness of the team. They recognized my unhappiness and took recovery actions straight away.
