Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road has become our hotel of choice whenever we’re in Bali.
What truly sets this hotel apart is its incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was genuinely kind, caring, and always happy to help. Even though the hotel was quite busy, many of the staff greeted us by name each morning at breakfast, which made us feel so welcomed and valued. It’s those personal touches that make a stay truly memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.
We also took advantage of the spa, and the massages were fantastic. If you’re staying here, I highly recommend booking one—you won’t be disappointed.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and very well maintained, but one thing that absolutely stood out was the shower. The water pressure was the best I’ve ever experienced in a hotel! As someone with long hair, I know how frustrating weak water pressure can be, but washing my hair here was quick and effortless.
And then there were the pillows! Without question, they were the most comfortable hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on. They were so amazing that I actually went searching at a nearby store to buy one to take home with me.
The location was also perfect for our trip. We were in Bali while building a villa in Lombok, and this hotel is conveniently located near many furniture showrooms, flooring suppliers, countertop galleries, and home design stores, making it an ideal base for anyone working on a building or renovation project.
We’ve stayed here several times now, and every visit has been consistently excellent. Exceptional service, comfortable rooms, wonderful spa treatments, outstanding amenities, and a fantastic location make this an easy five-star recommendation. We look forward to returning again and again.
We’ve stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road several times during this trip, and every stay has been consistently excellent. The staff is genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooms are spotless, the beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the shower has amazing water pressure. We also enjoyed wonderful massages at the spa. The location was perfect for us while working on our villa project, with many home design and furniture showrooms nearby. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on future trips to Bali!

De kamer rook muf en voelde niet fris aan. Hierdoor moesten wij verhuizen naar een andere kamer. Na een lange reis waren we erg moe, waardoor deze situatie extra vervelend en belastend was.
It was great ! Amazing breakfast options provided. The staff was very courteous and did a very good job at service.

Bathrooms because no Muslim showers welcome drink was less than quarter glass it’s a bad gesture towards any of the guest that’s all rest everything was great
Great location, 15 minutes close to the airport. The staff all is friendly kind and helpful and Bapak Novan at the reception ,thank you for the last minutes help to arrage me trasport to the airport.

The fridge had not been turned on so my food went off. When I mentioned nine I checked out I was told “oh we do t turn the fridges on”! Why not????
