Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとてもよかった！！喫煙の部屋で予約になっていたのですが、喘息もちで、禁煙の部屋に変えてもらいたいといったら「キャンセルでてるので大丈夫ですよ」とすぐに変えてくださいました。本当にありがとうございます！！感激でした！
