Pros:

Goed en makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf vliegveld met airtrain

Cons:

We hadden inclusief ontbijt geboekt, dit zou vanaf 630 zijn. Krap, want we moesten om 7 uur weer terug op t vliegveld zijn. Maar we dachten we pakken snel broodje en croissantje en door.
Maar om 630 waren ze nog bezig met alles klaarzetten. Het enige broodje was een bagel die nog in de broodrooster moest, die broodrooster was voor helft kapot, dus kon maar 1 tegelijk. Dat duurde eeuwen, zeker met 4 personen. Croissantjes kwamen pas rond 645, toen we eigenlijk al weg moesten.

Balen maar is niet anders. Totdat we vervolgens een dag later de "afrekening" kregen en er een restaurantgebruik op stond. We waren niet in restaurant geweest, alleen voor dat ontbijt dat ik al bijgeboekt had.

Met hotel onmogelijk contact te krijgen, ja via bellen. Maar dat ging niet met mijn telefoon. Via website zelf recensie achtergelaten met klacht hierover.

Krijg je mail van manager dat hij het vervelend vind om te lezen, maar geen uitleg over extra afgeschreven bedrag.
Die manager terug gemaild, om uitleg gevraagd. Nooit meer reactie gehad.

Dus kijk uit als je hier denkt een fijn ontbijtbuffet denkt te hebben inbegrepen, ze zetten het gewoon nog extra op rekening en halen het van je creditcard zonder toestemming en dat buffet stelt zeer weinig voor.

The rooms are large and clean, except that the bathroom fan did not work.

Cons:

The bathroom vanity did not work. I also requested water on my second day, but it was not delivered until the following day. I received only three small bottles, and on the fourth day, four bottles were provided for a room occupied by two people. Overall, I was disappointed with the delayed service and the limited water provided.

Perfect if you don’t want to fight the ATL traffic for the airport.
Pros:

The room was huge with a comfortable bed. It was located just a few minutes walk to the Sky train, and it was quite inside the room. I would have never known I was right next to the busiest airport in the world.

Buena ubicacion para ir al aeropuerto.
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy adecuada para pasar una noche y no tener que madrugar tanto para el aeropuerto.
