A few bugs in the room. A cockroach is no issue or other little bugs, but the tick or bed bug hiding under the pillow was not ideal. No refund issued, we checked out.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein renoviertes Zimmer passt. Die Lady, der das Inn gehört ist ein Schatz, sehr freundlich und herzlich.
Die nicht renovierten Zimmer - das geht einfach nicht. Das sollte nicht mehr vermietet werden. Das wünsche ich nicht mal meinem ärgsten Feind.
The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well (but loudly), and the location was great.
The room was clean except for the dead cockroach and tiny fleas.
The TV remote was hard to manipulate.
The door card key didn't work for me (i had to get the front desk person three times),
There was no morning coffee, breakfast or packaged buns of any sort. The attendant just shrugged and said she couldn't do anything about it.
The attendant (there was only one there for the two nights i was there) was ALWAYS on her personal phone, even while she was with a customer...very rude and poor customer service. Although she opened up my room three times because my door key card didn't work, she didn't spend any time to verify that i did it the correct way...and, of course, she was on her personal phone each time.
Amazing woman at the front desk... bent over backwards to make sure I was welcomed, helped me get an Uber, etc. Room was clean & comfy & quiet.

I like how close to downtown the motel was. I like the potential this motel has. The manager/owner was very accommodating and let us check in late.
The room wasn't very clean. The floors made my feet black when I walked barefoot on them. The rug had stains on it. The bathroom was in functional condition but you could tell someone has been doing quick fixes for a while. The vanity is water damaged and rotted by the shower. The light switches are painted over. It's a very lazy fix. This place has great potential. The pictures and a video review from a few years ago are why I booked. I love nostalgia and midcentry modern aesthetic. I was very disappointed at how run down it was compared to what I saw. The bed was comfortable. The air-conditioning had mold in it and rattled. There were people screaming one night and also a man loudly yelling on the phone outside our window. Our last night we didn't sleep very well.
