Great experience, super comfortable and luxurious experience. Also enjoyed restaurant!
Pros:

The room was beautiful, and thoughtful amenities were included… hair straightener, extra tooth brushes, excellent. The pool area was also lovely! The staff worked hard to help us as well.

Cons:

Mala señal de televisión, muy poca presión de agua y te piden desocupar a las 11 am yo creía que era a las 12 am y después de 5 días de estancia me llamaron dos veces de recepción a las 11 y 11.30.
Nada de tolerancia.
Poca empatia con el huésped. .

One of the best stays ever.
Pros:

We LOVED our stay here! It exceeded all our expectations. All the staff was super friendly and actually helpful, the hotel is beautifully designed and kept up to a high standard. Location is amazing, and we strongly recommend the restaurant La Pepita just across the street, we ended ahving dinner there twice.

Cons:

The only 2 things that could be changed easily are that they should let you know ahead of the time that the spa time needs to be pre-booked, so that we could have booked for the day of our arrival, as it was fully booked by the time we arrived. And there should be q tips and cotton pads provided in the rooms.
