The hotel is a bit outdated. The booking stated that check-in was at 12:00 PM, but we couldn't get in until 2:00 PM. The shower had no curtain and there was no bath mat, so water splashed everywhere. To make matters worse, there was no water at all on our final day, so we couldn't even take a shower before leaving.
The property is in a theatre which is super cool, the staff very very nice
It is a little bit old
Great location right in the center of Tbilisi, within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and bars. The price was very reasonable for the location and overall experience. The room itself was a bit old-fashioned and could use some renovation, but it was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. One of the most unique parts of the hotel was that the building is also used as a theater — from time to time you could hear a tenor singing, which created a really memorable and atmospheric experience. Overall, a good choice especially for travelers who value location and character over luxury.

В один день спускаясь по лестнице услышал как женщина на ресепшене кому-то по телефону называет мои данные.повторяла пару раз.увидев меня испугалась.передача данных своих жильцов тут вполне нормально как я понимаю.после Я был очень осторожен.уборка на нуле.

Prime location
Very noisy hotel located inside a theatre.
Constant music, voices, and even wall shaking due to rehearsals.
Strong cigarette smell from inside and outside, with a smoking area directly below the room, so windows couldn’t be opened.
Two narrow beds pushed together instead of a proper double.
Poor TV channels, heating blowing cold air, and very slow hot water in the shower.
Stayed four nights and the room was never cleaned; I had to chase staff for towels and water.
Overall, a very unpleasant stay.
Central. Close access to everywhere including taxi and bus. Cheap.
Smoking by staff in reception carried through building. Cold /thermostat heating in room didn’t work well. Shower in early morning cool. Only one pillow in beds, no additional blankets in room. Taxi from airport to hotel 100gel normal taxi/Bolt was 24-35gel. Highlighted as 4 star, more like 1 star.
The only positive aspect of this hotel was its proximity to one of the city’s main squares, which made getting around quite easy. Unfortunately, everything else about our stay was disappointing.
The staff was practically nonexistent and did not speak English, which made communication extremely difficult. One evening, there was a city water outage, and no one at the reception informed us—we only discovered it ourselves late at night, when it was already too late to make alternative arrangements.
Room service was also inadequate. Despite leaving the sign on the door requesting cleaning, our room was not serviced. Additionally, we asked for two extra pillows, which only arrived two days later.
To make matters worse, one morning we went down to the reception and no one from the staff was there, but we found a man sleeping on the lobby sofas. It was unclear whether he was a homeless person or even a member of the staff, but it was truly unbelievable and never happened to us anywhere else.
Overall, it is truly unbelievable that this hotel is rated as a 4-star property.

Great location in the centre - metro and airport bus on the doorstep. Rooms face park - doesn’t feel like the city. Large rooms with kettle and fridge.
No elevator and lots of steps to get to it from street level.
