Price was decent but need to improve on some things.

Tried to call 5-6 times to tell them we were running late. Estimated 7-8 - got held up in traffic and then when to eat. No one ever answered the phone. Got there around 9:30-10. Desk person said she was busy and then not at the desk. She was nice to us but someone should try to pick up the phone call and ask if they can hold for a min. Just a suggestion for some good customer service -even if busy. Been there done that.

No iron - someone stole it.
Musty smell in the room.
Cigarette smoke in the hallway.
Marijuana smell also in the hallway.
Mold spots in the bathroom and wall leading into the bathroom

Very disappointing experience. After checkout, the hotel charged my credit card an additional $25 for an alleged smoking odor. I do not smoke and did not smoke in the room. I was not informed about the charge at checkout, and the hotel provided no evidence to support the allegation. I contacted the hotel to request a refund but received no response. Be very careful about unexpected post-stay charges and make sure to check your credit card after leaving this hotel.
