35 hours awake, one pint, one very good bed 😄
Pros:

After being awake for around 35 hours, I was absolutely exhausted when I arrived. I didn’t even have the energy for dinner, just had a pint of beer and went straight to my room.
The room was clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I had a really good night’s sleep and honestly have no complaints at all. Breakfast the next morning was amazing too.
Very happy with my stay and exactly what I needed after such a long journey. Would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing really. The only problem was me being absolutely exhausted after 35 hours without sleep. The hotel did its job perfectly. 😄

Wonderful staff, delicious food, great location and supportive,welcoming atmosphere

The staff were incredibly friendly. I emailed to say I'd be later than expected, I got a prompt reply advising me restaurant closing times which was really helpful as it helped me manage my time.
There were 3 lads on that night at front desk and in restaurant who were so lovely and charming, they really should be used to give customer service training and social skills training to other hotels they were that nice and not because it was their training, but because they're really lovely people and it made me feel very welcome and comfortable as a solo traveller.

They're not just dog tolerant, they really welcomed my dogs and unlike allot of places, didn't make me feel like an inconvenience or hindrance which i was so thankful for.

Clean rooms, lush hot water.

Restaurant food was outstanding. I was the last to order at 750 when it closes at 8 and it was all completely cooked from scratch, piping hot and plentiful. It was bloody marvellous. Ive been in places where st that time you'd be lucky to get reheated Chips but this kitchen takes pride and time to look after every customer.

Breakfast was also plentiful with toast, cereal, refill drinks and cooked breakfast of veggie or normal. My dogs were allowed in, again, totally inclusive and supportive which really matters to me. The breakfast Set me up for the day.

Reception lady on leaving was just as nice as the lads i met on arrival.
Fabulous service from beginning to end.

Cons:

Only recommendation would be a small beside table as I had nowhere to put drink or phone by bed at night out way of dogs but tiny tiny suggestion, not a criticism.

A good place to stay before or after a ferry trip to Ireland.

Long weekend break
Pros:

The staff are a credit to this hotel, nothing was too much trouble,very helpful, attentive and friendly.The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, really tasty and everything was hot,great selection of all breakfast products.The staff made a real fuss of our Cockapoo Daisy May who accompanied us on the trip.The rooms were very clean and well stocked with tea, coffee, water and biscuits.The new bar has been finished to a high standard, fittings and toilets are of a high standard, beautiful outdoor area.

Cons:

The bar prices are expensive for the location,would expect to pay lower prices for the locality.

The hotel was ideal for us as we was racing at Anglesey Circuit and was a short drive.
Pros:

Wow. A lovely hotel and was spot less. The rooms were exceptional and the staff were superb, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was very good value and so was the breakfast.
