1 nacht en weer heel snel door
Pros:

Dat je er direct iets kon eten. Bubbelbad was ook wel lekker

Cons:

Locatie. Er is helemaal niets te doen. Zit bij een treinbaan. Continue toeteren. Je kon er oordopjes krijgen voor het geluid. En vond het personeel niet heel vriendelijk

I m never buying anything from booking.com after this experience.
Pros:

Nothing to like about because we did not get the room even though we had reservation.

Cons:

Nothing to like about because we did not get the room even though we had reservation. The staff called me to inform me about it, just 1 hour before check in. They were not apologetic and did not make any attempt to find an alternative.

Canceled our rooms 1 hr before arrival
Cons:

I made my reservation 7 months in advance for two rooms. When we were about 1 hr away, travelling from across the country, they called us saying they overbooked and our rooms were no longer available. They blamed booking.com, yet our friends who reserved through booking.com a few weeks earlier still had their room. Barely any apology. No compensation.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay the hotel is great, although some areas could use a little renovation and maintenance.
Pros:

Very close to universal studios.
Food was nice

Cons:

The room could use some renovation and maintenance. The bathroom faucets and seals were old and leaking, and the bath door hinges were loose and misaligned. There were also some issues with the lighting. The safe had no batteries, so I had to request that they be replaced.

Pros:

Good location of Route 66 which was our plan; to tour that route. I like supporting the tribal nations when I can.

Cons:

A lot of flies in the restaurant which they apologized for before we even noticed. Rooms are a little dated
