Complete lack of service ... front deck unavailable ... no response to issues

Small issue with the sink where the stopper was broken so I had to pry it up with my fingers.

Street noise, bare minimum amenities, bed was uncomfortable, everything seemed very cheap about it.

The front desk gave another guest the key to our room and our room number and that guest entered our room without knowing it was already occupied. The property did not really do anything to rectify the situation, although the front desk did apologize. It really violated our trust and sense of safety at this location.

Location was very good and close to everything in Kamloops most especially the Casino and Costco. The bed was very soft and comfortable but the pillows were just a bit too firm.
The only problem that came up was with the stopper in the handbasin. The mechanism to operate it was disconnected below the sink. We reported it to the desk but it went unfixed during our short two night stay, and was really not too hard to overcome with a bit of inventiveness.
