Overall fair price for the location, would just work on room maintenance
Pros:

We really liked the convenient location to the beach and only 10 min to downtown historic district

Cons:

Room cleanliness was not 10/10. Had some trouble with the tv connecting to live channels had to call the front desk for help but they did help fix it. Had to pay for parking overnight even though we were guests.

It was decent. Area is great, the price of the hotel wasn’t too bad. Staff was very nice.
Pros:

The beach is walkable. Great food around the area. The bed was very comfortable. They gave us complimentary water when we got there.

Cons:

We had to pay for parking, when that’s our only choice to park there. The room smelled a bit like cigarettes, and the sink water only got excruciatingly hot. No cold water for the sink.

The staff was lovely! Lesley at the reception made us feel so welcome and got treated like royalty!
The breakfast staff and the chef also great with the best buttermilk pancakes and breakfast made to order just for you! I would have these pancakes and bacon every day! Location great too. Walking distance to the beautiful beach, st johns pier, splash park, restaurants, gas station, everything. Beds and pillows, great as every Hilton I have been. We will be back because we loved the hotel and st Augustine!

Great Hotel Value
Pros:

The location was perfect.The staff was great it was comfortable and near everything..We would recommend this hotel staff and location are great. The staff was informative and checked on us alot it was above and beyond what we expected.

Cons:

The room was great except it could have used more pillows.A complimentary breakfast would have been great but everything was so nearby you could find everything.
