Good location
Pros:

It’s a nice location!

Cons:

I’m surprised Hilton puts their name on this, almost as if they took an old hotel and put lipstick on it?! Huge crack in sink that was poorly fixed, sink did not drain well and filled up, shower head was gross with hard water stains, smells of bad humidity and dampness in the hallways and rooms. They may want to rethink what temp they keep the place in Florida! I’ve also been charged for parking twice and a $75 deposit that they say will be refunded but we shall see! Not worth the price in my opinion!

Clean and in a great location, but uncomfortable and not worth the money
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean. The pool area was clean as well and I really enjoyed the pool chairs not being metal or plastic!

Cons:

The mattress was awful, very hard and you could hear the springs under you. I didn’t sleep well at all because of this. The breakfast was not worth the up charge. $15 a day for parking is ridiculous!

The location was great. The room was a good size. The pool was well maintained.

A very bad experience.
Pros:

The Staff was nice, the chef and his staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

The room ceiling was not finished, leak stains from leaks on the ceiling. The dogs where very noisy, barking throughout the night. No breakfast buffet.

Great place to stay near the beach.
Pros:

This location is great. Near the beach. Clean.

Cons:

The mattress could have been more comfortable. You should go back to the free breakfast…seems like you might have had that at one time. Didn’t like paying for breakfast like we were in a restaurant, but we were not. Luckily there was a place to eat across the street. Paying $15 a day for parking doesn’t seem right. Not many hotels charge for parking. Seemed like we were being buckled and dined a bit. The pool chairs were VERY uncomfortable.
