The staff was lovely! Lesley at the reception made us feel so welcome and got treated like royalty!
The breakfast staff and the chef also great with the best buttermilk pancakes and breakfast made to order just for you! I would have these pancakes and bacon every day! Location great too. Walking distance to the beautiful beach, st johns pier, splash park, restaurants, gas station, everything. Beds and pillows, great as every Hilton I have been. We will be back because we loved the hotel and st Augustine!

Great Hotel Value
Pros:

The location was perfect.The staff was great it was comfortable and near everything..We would recommend this hotel staff and location are great. The staff was informative and checked on us alot it was above and beyond what we expected.

Cons:

The room was great except it could have used more pillows.A complimentary breakfast would have been great but everything was so nearby you could find everything.

Cons:

Front staff was not super friendly upon check in. Although I asked for an early check in there was no room available and I had to wait until 4:30 to get my room. When I checked back to find out if it was ready again the ladies acted as if I was bothering them. As a Hilton member I expect better. I’ll stay with Marriott thanks.

Won’t revisit this hotel but will revisit location.
Pros:

Location was good. Numerous good eateries within walking distance.

Cons:

Room was fair at best. Door was damaged and was hard to open and close. No table and only one chair in room. Cleanliness was below what I expected form this chain.
