Definately never staying there again just from the stitch of cigarettes.

Keep the persons who were coming off of a drug induced high out of the lobby when you enter the front door. The overpowering smell of cheap room deoderizer to mask the smells. Towels were unclean and NO, i did not stay there for the send of 2 nights paid . Worst place I have ever experienced in all of my out of town stays and that is a lot. You definately get what you pay for and the audacity to bill you an additional $60.00 for what they called extra amenities. Can't answer about the breakfast cause I had a good idea of what it would have been. I left after waking up from the smell at 5 am before the breakfast was served or the sun came up and knew it would have been futile to request for a refund for the second prepaid night because staff was only there to take your credit card from behind the full glass window. Very uninviting and we learn from our mistakes.

Pros:

Prime location, 7-11 and Chick-fil-A a st.ones throw away. Walmart, Home Depot, Goodwill, and several restaurants across the street and the light rail was within walking distance

Cons:

Did not feel safe walking around the in broad daylight let alone after the sun went down. The house keepers need to be restrained on how to clean. And a reminder course on Custer service.

cheap and reliable no bugs no problems
Pros:

lots of locked entrances so was able to access the doors closest to our room and still feel safe because theyre all locked to public

Cons:

the bed not comfy and key cards lost charge a couple times

Not a hotel but a flop house
Pros:

The room was large, and the air conditioner worked.

Cons:

1. The corridors were filthy. There was a band-aid on the floor floor four days.
2. It looked like some of the guests had homeless vouchers to stay there, and there were homeless people wandering around in the parking lot. Someone kicked in the main front glass door the third morning I stayed there.
3. There was no hot water the first day
4. There were bugs in the bathroom.
5. The last night I returned back to my room and the bed was unmade and there was residue from some sexual encounter, either by staff or someone who broke in.

It was too late to go to another hotel, so I demanded a room change

My evaluation is that this hotel is barely hanging on to it's certification and will soon just become homeless housing It is not a hotel. It's a flop house.
